They need to work on their serving line. Honestly why ask me what would I like to order before I even get a chance to get up to you being I’m still behind other people who have already ordered and we can barely here each other! I ordered two burritos in which the employee only heard one, with so many people still ahead of me, I couldn’t see if the employee was prepping my order correctly cause I wasn’t at the window! Once I was at the window to get my toppings I had asked about my other burrito and they took it as well you should have ordered that before and the employee gave me a look of how dare you! So unprofessional and rude! It makes no sense to take multiple orders when the line is held up by the toppings area as well as cashier! Let customers order in front of the window!
Honestly, it was awful. I usually like chipotle but the rice was crunchy the veggies were raw and the meat portion was pathetic. Honestly, you'll get more for your money by going to Gilbertos down the street. Loaded with meat and consistently good at $9. It was no joke the worst Chipotle I think I've eaten and my friend said the same.
I ordered a bowl. I of course add guac why not. Well whom ever is making the guac forgot to take the Avocado ? top stem out. I got not one but two in my bowl. Yuck! Disgusting Not happy customer I won't go back they have went down hill so badly. It's disappointing......

They serve bad food… brown guac and slimy foul onions have been my experience. I’m sitting sick to my stomach from the bad food. No refund no coupon…. They just remade the bowl with the same bad onion in the corn salsa. The onions were literally slimy to the touch and strong odor

I just wanted to give a special shout-out to the staff at this Chipotle. My sister is a cancer patient, she is immunosuppressed with dietary restrictions. We went to this Chipotle to pick up a Veggie Bowl for her. We informed the woman and man taking our order that this order was for a cancer patient and that we were wondering if they could accommodate a few small special requests. On their own initiative, the staff made special accommodations for us that happened to be the special requests we were going to make. On their own initiative they did a glove change, arranged for a single staff member to handle making the whole order, checked that the ingredients for the veggie bowl were fresh and had not been touched by anyone else prior, and the veggie bowl was in it’s own to go bag. It was such a relief to us that such a special order with special requests was handled with such care and without hesitation. I didn’t get any ones names but it was the staff working on 02/25/2022 for the lunch shift. Great job, everyone! We are very grateful for what you did for us!
Place has to hell recently. Employees that don't care and managers that care even less. Went in to get a burrito, they didn't have any beans, veggies or lettuce. When I asked how long the wait would be, I was told they weren't making any more. They still have 1.5 hours until close.Give Gilberto's a try. Very Good food and locally owned. This Chipotle needs a complete gutting, starting at the top.
