This location does not know how to wrap burritos. For a culture diverse staff you'd think they'd be able to focus on something as important as wrapping a burrito. Been their the past few weeks and every burrito was ripped due to lack of focus on the process.
Just ate a burrito from here and mah belly be feelin thick and happy. 10/10. I went with the fried rice, mixed veggies, dark beans, Picaso A-sa-do, cheese saucy sauce (WOOOOOOHH that thang delicious, it be straight BUSSIN!). Then for salsas I get some corn without the cob, mayo, green mashed potatoes, and rabbit food. OH, but don't forget about them CHIPS AND DIP! Obviously more cheese saucy sauce, but if you like green mashed potatoes, go ahead. Then I end it with some Bark's root beer in mah L cup. I felt so good after my meal, I went outside and planted a tree.
Pretty good, but I don't understand why it is so popular. The locations are crowded, and the staff are impatient. Online orders are often late. I wish Mankato had Q'doba
Unfortunately I brought my burrito home and the rice was hard. It was never returned and just thrown away. This is the second time that happened to me in 2 months. Kinda disappointed
It's the best place in town to get a bite to eat. The staff is extremely chill and will do anything they can for you.
This is the first and last time im stopping in chipotle, I wanted another quesadilla and the guy said I had to order it online because they were only doing online orders even though I had just paid. As soon as I sat down, four customers approached and he took their order. He said that the register wouldnt let him charge my quesadilla, but he was able to charge the other customers? I know the difference between online orders and walk ins. On top of that the steak on my burrito was cold. I was not satisfied at all with my service nor with my food. The host name that is printed on my receipt is Brandon tho I do not know if that is the name of the person who denied me service because non of the employees were wearing a nametag. I hope this will be fixed for future customers because as a stated I will not be returning to that location nor any other chipotle. I will also not be recommending chipotle to any of my friends or anyone in general. I really hope this wasnt a racial issue, but I guess i will never find out.
Ordered through pickup and when I got there 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready it wasn’t there. Had to wait until the line died to speak to a guy and when I did he said they had to remake the order. I got my order 10 minutes later and when I got to my tacos they were frozen cold. I also ordered three tacos and only got 2 which is great. Halfway into my first taco I bit into a bone the size of a squirrels testicle(pictures included) and needless to say this is my last trip to chipotle. The only reason I give this 2 and not one star is because of the employee that gave me a free drink for my wait I really appreciated that.
Very good place to eat. I had a steak bowl the steak was very tender. Perfect
