I’ve ordered from this location twice and both times the order came out wrong on relatively simple drinks. An Americano that was turned into a iced coffee with cream and a Black Cold Press which magically got milk as well as some sweet cold foam. However, both times the blended drinks I did order came out perfect. Head to one of the other locations in town before this one.
I came in today to order my usual, bagel with sausage/cheese. I was rudely informed they don’t do any modifications. Essentially you get what you get. When I told her I’ve ordered the same things several times before, I was told “whatever”. It’s surprising that your establishment doesn’t accommodate people who don’t like eggs or something. I hope you don’t treat every guest this way. Especially those with allergies. I look forward to hearing from non-store personnel in regards to this behavior and my overall experience at this location.
I went through the drive through and Jay was incredibly rude, messed up my order, couldn’t hear her over the speaker, barely spoke to us once we got to the window, and wouldn’t give us a receipt. I went inside to have my drink fixed and the man who helped us was great! Didn’t get his name, but he was extremely helpful!

Best coffee ever bust frozen drinks they do have good breakfast there too I didn't get any but totally would recommend it they do have cake pops also excellent I give him five stars oh and the service the ladies and the gentleman that work there are absolutely just magnificent
This place is nice, but when I order here it’s usually for pickup because the line seems to move slower then the one by campus. Time is money
This sandwich is still frozen. I hope I don't get sick from underwarmed up sausage.Edit: I'm pretty sure the milk in my latte is burned too.
Changing from 5 star to 2 star, the original reason my husband and I loved this location was the combo of Einstein Bagels and Caribou in one location plus the fun, outgoing, friendly and energetic staff. No longer offering Einstein and service has declined greatly.
Shoving a long stick into people cars to pay is really not that ideal. Not only that but they no longer put the cream cheese spread on your bagels and only give you a small amount to use. Stood in line for a solid 10 minutes with only 1 car in front of me. Just another reason to go to Starbucks down the road.
Had very few bagels. They got my order wrong and got peeved about fixing it. Sign board for coffee only listed one option, which was not a choice. Had to remind them to make my coffee.
