Pretty good place. I get either the gyro or the beef and cheddar sandwich everytime I go.
The employees where super kind and personable, and the food was great!!
The drive-through line was only four cars long yet it took 45 minutes from the time we pulled into line until we got our food! And this was at 5:15!! What is up with that??!! When I was manager at a fast food restaurant it was never more than 15 minutes!! And that was only if we had a bus full of people and we had to make all the food fresh for every single order every time! This never would have been allowed to happen!!
The staff the day we went was incredibly rude. They also gave us the wrong food and we didn't see it until we got home 30 miles away!
Good food, relatively fast service but zero personality from the guy behind the counter. It's okay to engage with the customer. At least look at them and act as if you're happy they're there.
Typical fast food fare, served with base wage attitude. Mumbling at the drive through speaker, followed by a bag shoved at you by a mumbler at the window.
Two times in a row I ordered the chicken bacon swiss and they get it wrong first no lettuce or bacon on the sandwich second time they didn't put the mustard that's supposed to be on it and put double the amount of mayo on it instead but hey you guys deserve 15 a hr ???
We ordered through the drive thru and KayleeAnn was not very nice. When we got to the window Issaic was very nice when we told him the order was wrong. KayleeAnn Told is we ordered wrong when she heard us talking. The manager did refund us the Montaigne no apologies. After pulling around we discovered they had not given us enough straws so I ran in. Kaylee Ann have me the death stare while another Emily asked why I came in. The food was good just very poor service from KayleeAnn. Funny thing is the rest of the weekend my grandkids would say - don’t be a Arby’s when you can do better. At least this was a great learning opportunity for them.
Excellent, my husband and I tried their new Diablo Dare, they were really good. My Husband admits his Diablo roast beef was fiery, smoking taste. Hot, but not too hot. He liked it. I had the Diablo Ckn sandwich and it was perfect! Slightly hot, tangy, and most delicious. The snack size shakes were ok as well. Tks for a great lunch, snack ?
Worst customer service ever from your drive through attendant. The lovely lady who took my order was awesome and I even asked for extra ketchup and she said no problem. When I got the window the lady who was working rudely handed my back my card and drink and when I asked for more ketchup as there were only 2 in the bag she rolled her eyes and handed me one more and slammed the window shut. Last time I checked extra condiments didn’t come out of her paycheck. If you hate your job so much find one that doesn’t involve working with the public because your are not even capable of keeping a customer happy for 30 seconds and all they asked for was ketchup.
