Employees are pleasant and competent. Fast drive thru. Menu changes or limited availability on some items may be problematic. If you like the roast beef you're good - I feel like thats about all they offer anymore. Shakes are tasty.
I went there right before closing so I sort of understand. I ordered 2 roast beef sliders a large curly fry and another class roast beef sandwich. (For my mom) the sliders were cold. The cheese was not melted and the bun was hard which normally it's not. Again, I sort of understand because it was 10 minutes before closing but still. Paying customer. the least they could have done was at least heat it up
I go on my breaks here . Fries are always hot. And that bacon chicken sandwich is from the gods ? agent approved ?

The fish sandwich with cold it would have been really good if it would have been hot because it was a good sandwich and I told him that I said I'm sorry that doesn't cut it
Lately I've only been ordering their Greek Gyros! Yummy! So delicious!
I’ve worked for arbys and understand wanting to get your closing duties done early, but there is a minimum level of quality excepted still. Cold food, sandwiches were basically tossed together and didn’t even send au ju. I’m sympathetic but this was a train wreck.
Milkshake was not blended, extremely thick, couldn't drink with a straw whatsoever, friends food: fries were soggy.
Food has improve as of late, but they're overpriced as ever; like everywhere else.
My order gets messed up litterally every time I go here
