Absolute slowest Taco Bell known to man. Suggest making your own tacos from scratch at home, it’d truly be much quicker.
Missed 2 parts of my order, but did not get a receipt and did not want to go back and try and get them. Otherwise good was good.
Food was good. Mexican pizzas have been consistently well made. Lobby needs more attention...especially when it is slow.
Didn't get what was ordered, no one cared. The manager had no idea what was supposed to be included in a cheddar chalupa box. No idea what was advertised. Poor service, too many useless teens hanging around not working.
These guys literally take one order at a time. Look, I totally understand being short staffed. But if an order is going to take an HOUR? In a drivethrough that you can tot get out of because it’s literally one lane, then just close at 10. Be don’t. If you can’t keep up with demand. Close. Crazy.
Stopped here after watching the documentary. Triple crunch wrap and two steak quasaritos. Crunch wrap was amazing. Guy took my order and made it. Definetly glad i chose to dine in.
There were multiple employees there just talking and hanging out while I watched 1 employee make my large order all by himself and took some time to do it. Meanwhile the drive thru side had multiple employees working it and cranking out order after order. Definitely not my best experience at a Taco Bell location.
Sat for 5 minutes at the counter and no one would take my order. then I was asked if I got a drink, I hesitated answering and she replied whatever and walked away
Stopped and got 2 chalupa boxes and an extra chalupa for the kiddos and myself. Feed us all for a reasonable price.
Food is good and service, but they never put chicken in the chicken quesadilla. Please teach your team how to portion correctly.
