I have been to this location a couple times. I was waiting in line longer than 5 minutes to order my sandwich. The two boys working were arguing on who should help me, in front of me. Isiah proceeded to tell me he didn’t work for subway when his work uniform was clearly visible. The other worker pretended to be on a phone call to avoid making me a simple sandwich. Mind you, I was the only customer in the store at this time. The little boys are extremely rude and need to develop/be taught basic customer service skills and integrity.
Awesome service and fast. I've been here many times a year or more ago and things were ok, we at different now. Attentive, quick and accurate.

It was yummy. My wife and I shared vinegar and sea salt chips. There were two raspberry cheesecake cookies left in the display case and they were an amazing finish!
Made my order wrong, it was on online pick up, called went back, it was made wrong a 2nd time, came back, they wouldn’t fix it and wanted to recharge me, showed them the online customization and told me I would need to repay. Spent my whole 30 minuet lunch break dealing with this, ended up with no lunch, because I wouldn’t eat the messed up food and wasn’t going to repay for the food I paid for in the first place
Employees very friendly. Asked about new sandwiches, very knowledgeable. Place clean. Unfortunately Subway has dropped some of my favorite ingredients.
Subway in lakeville is fire btw.Came in at lunch on Thursday.Place is clean, veggies crisp, fluffy bread, staff was friendly and professional.
Upset with my service today. The staff member making my sandwich repeatedly wiped his nose and mouth on his arm. He briefly went in the back, and then when he came back he wiped his nose on his hand and then put on fresh gloves (touching the outside of the gloves with his dirty hands). With COVID-19 on the rise and food safety in general this should not have happened. I'm fairly COVID-19 cautious and I felt very uncomfortable watching this happen.

Decided to order subway on their app so we could just pick it up and go. We were told the order would be ready at a certain time and they would bring it out curbside. After sitting in the car for about ten minutes we decided to just go in and get it. No big deal. It wasn’t ready yet. Okay maybe they were busy with orders on the app….. So we get home and both of our subs were made wrong. Still no big deal - we ate them. Well I was sent a survey about our visit and when I filled it out I was honest , our subs were made incorrectly. Not trying to get anyone in trouble we just didn’t get the right thing. Plus you get free cookies. Well someone named Brenton reached out and apologized and said he would make it right by sending us some free coupons. No coupons ever came in the mail. So who exactly did I send my address to?!?!?!
