High prices compared to other subways in the area
I ordered a 6 inch steak and cheese, a young girl with brown hair and freckles was helping me. She spilled a lot of the steak on the floor and didn’t replenish my sub with the steak that fell. I was basically paying double of what i received. When I went to pay, I had a coupon for a 6 inch meal, she said it wasn’t working and I didn’t get my % off. I am now looking at the receipt and she charged me for a footlong sub instead of a six inch. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied that such a young immature teenager is working when she obviously isn’t capable.
Employees were very friendly and made my sub as requested. Questions were answered and received everything I ordered. Best service for location.
Highly recommend this subway because of the employees working the day i went there they did everything I asked and gave lots of toppings, unlike other subways where they are stingy with giving lots of toppings, this subway gets you your money’s worth.Thanks to the employee Luke, for giving me lots of napkins and toppings with my order- Otto Dorneman
It's a chain. Just like all Subways. Not very generous with their ingredients.
I was in the store ordering a sub and every employee was nice to me besides what seemed to be the manager name was like Cora or cayla. She had a attitude the whole time weather it was with me or the other employees. It was a terrible experience. I will never recommend anyone to this subway because of this manager. I expect you to dive in a and investigate on her. It’s a very bad look when your manager is more disrespectful and rude to customers than the actual employees. I own a business of my own and this is a horrible way to run a business. If no action is taken upon this report then I will go up through corporate because I will not have this. My business always has subway at our establishment for events. But never again will I order from this subway.

Fast and friendly service, can't judge the quality of the franchise because that'd be unfair but this location was great.
The customer service just seem to decline the further through the line we got. Also the bread was hard and definitely old.
They say they have a mask policy, but they don't uphold it at all and they're attitude towards it is almost begrudging. They almost never cover their own noses and if you ask other people in line to cover their nose or give you 6ft of space they'll side with the antimask person going off on a conspiracy theory. It blows my mind, because that's not appropriate when you're handling SOMEONE ELSE'S food. So if you're looking for a safe place to eat, you're better off going to the one by Chipotle... or just eating at Chipotle...
