Decided to give them another shot today after poor service and product last time. I ended up challenging the amount of chicken on the sub and she said that's two scoops. When in reality it was a scoop and 1/4 as I witnessed, and as you can tell by the picture. Right side has the right amount and the left side barly any. I paid for it as is anyway, worker wrapped it, didn't put in a bag, no napkins, have a good day, and walked away. Last time going to this franchise. Farmington subway is way better.
Worst subways ever. Almost empty inside. I called them and they had zero reply and zero remorse. I took pics but can't post them. Make sure you watch them make it or you will get completely ripped off
Lunch hour and one person making sandwiches that clearly doesn’t know what she is doing. No offense to her but terrible management. The one guy working with her was clearly stepping up and working for two people.
I went there for lunch today. Took my lunch back to work. Stale bread. You would think after spending. $10 dollars u get fresh bread. I called a and she did tell me they used day old bread*
It's kinda getting slower and slower every time I come in to or order on app. I ordered at 5:58pm and it says it'll be ready at 6:15pm to pick up. It says ready before that and I came in to get it, it wasn't even made or even started. There's only ONE employee and it's a teenager is building sandwiches whoever come in first and order. I thought people want to work? It's Saturday evening and many families come in for quick sandwiches after baseball or soccer games.The other thing, when I order my meal on app to have it delivered. They canceled me three different times just because they don't have ingredients. I come in person at around same time, they always have ingredients.
Spent $44 on 4 footlongs. The guy barely put meat on any of the subs. I asked for extra pickles barely got any. He wasnt willing to go back and restock products! He also didn’t even cut my subs in half. Never going to this location again and it’s right by my house I am a frequent customer here too. Never again!
Employee was playing with her phone between sandwiches with her gloves on and didn't change them.... Might as well be wiping your butt with the sandwiches.

I called to order over the phone and they said they can’t do that worst service ever 0/10 never go here also I ordered a sandwich and the guy was picking his nose as he made my sandwich
