I ordered a venti iced matcha tea latte with vanilla and oat milk and all I got was the tea latte. This happens sooooo many times when I go here. I try not to go to this one because of this but it’s right next to my work and sometimes I am running late so I give in and try it again. Any other starbucks has no problem making this the correct way. For 8$ I should get what I ordered. Of course I tip when I pay before I realize it’s wrong. It’s ridiculous.
If anyone is thinking of applying to this location please do not! I have worked there for almost 5 months and it has been one of the most disrespectful jobs I have ever worked at. The manager there favors people, gossips about employees, and there is no such thing as confidentiality. They also where not paying me what I was told when hired. I went to hr today and he told me I would not be getting back pay. After I quit today the manager went back to the store and said she was told to tell people we hiring at $15 so they can recruit people but they would not be paid that.
Love my star bucks. They are busy but usually get you in and out
Often when I go to this Starbucks now that management has changed my experience has been not great and i have come back with hopes that something will turn around and I’m always starting with positive and i tip on app or with cash but they never get my order right and the other Starbucks do but you can tell with every order that they slapdash everything together i am bummed because this is the closest Starbucks to me
Love this Starbucks. I ordered my drink wrong and even though it was my fault they remade it for me. Appreciated that!
If you like waiting in line, this is your place to go! Nothing wrong with the drinks but it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get through the line. I’ve been to Canes which usually has about 20 cars in line and they expedite the line faster.
please save yourself some stress and time and go to literally ANY other starbucks location.i have never once had a pleasant experience with the managers EVER. (assuming the only manager is the grown woman working there with children)!give credit to the younger girls working there who run it better than any working manager there, with much better attitudes, respect and, efficiency. they’re always willing to throw compliments out & make your day better, those girls are the only positive thing from this starbucks.
Go to literally any other Starbucks. I have never had a good experience here either a long wait or they make my drink wrong.
I brought two drinks I had gotten from the Apple Valley Starbucks here to get remade, and the staff was not only friendly, helpful, and hospitable, but they made BOTH of my drinks CORRECTLY and QUICKLY. Love this store.
