Not the first time Starbucks does this. Be sure to check your drink before go. This is size grande and I get less and no whipped cream and toppings.

First off my very first time ever getting Starbucks. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for my drink. Then they messed uo my order. Obviously because I only get a 30minute lunch I was unable to wait for who knows how much longer. I ordered an ice matcha tea substitute with almond milk. Then the caramel brulée. They gave me a hot iced matcha which i was getting for my co-worker. I had no time to wait. Horrible service. I was a manager at Dunkin I know how crazy it can get but this was horrible
Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I stop almost every morning and the staff knows me well enough just from the sound of my voice. I will go out of my way just to get coffee from there. Best way to start the day.Amy, Becky, Sara, and everyone else are always awesome and seem to genuinely love their jobs.
