Quiznos has been one of my favorite places since I was a child, however the last 3 times I have gone have made it not worth it for me. The customer service is out the window, it’s rarely inviting and the last time I was there the staff member was extremely snippy when I was clarifying which vegetables I wanted on my sandwich (due to serious food allergies)STILL not the worst part. The last TWO times I have gone they closed early. The latest time, last week, I was there about 20 minutes before close and a staff member was standing outside with the door propped open, he clearly saw us pull up and as I got out of the car he quickly shut the door and locked the handle while starring directly at me. I knocked on the window and he walked away, I continued knocking and both the male and female pretended not to see me. I called corporate 3 times and have yet to hear back.
This store needs to hire more employees, they're always swamped and behind, which isn't their fault. I ordered a sandwich on the app and showed up 20 minutes after it told me to arrive and it's still not ready. This has happened many times. The app lies so much it's completely unreliable, never trust it. I do not recommend ordering from this store.

Always a 10/10. A nice sloppy steak sandwich, that fills ya up for about the same price as slimy subway sandwich. Quiznos sandwichers thank you for sticking around bc you know what's up that we like that sandwich sloppy, saucy and ovened up a bit, not crammed in a lil baby toaster over & burnt like subway.

We just left and I wish I knew the names of the two young men working so I could publicly recognize but they were so wonderful. There were four of us plus our two 1-year-olds. Very helpful with our order and when I asked if I could sweep up after us (babies make a MESS!), he reassured me that it was completely fine. The food was great and the shop was spotless. Great stop!
I have to drive 45minutes to get my Black Angus Fix.
Sad there's only a few of these left In minnesota.
