Food was decent and the wait staff was very courteous. I really appreciated the gal who came by and took care of our used plates. I will say that Minnesota certainly has its share of fat people.

After moving to Texas where Pizza Ranch isn't available, I figured I would take advantage of a work trip and visit one near my hotel. The food was pretty good as usual. Chicken breast was a bit dry. The biggest disappointment was the lack of food. There was a constant line waiting for items to be replenished. They are probably dealing with the same labor issues as most places but it's frustrating for all guests to wait for the buffet to be refilled.

Place is not sanitary at all. They’re letting sick people come into the restaurant coughing and sneezing . Not even acknowledging it at all. Common sense people if you or your child is sick stay at home. Can’t even enjoy a meal. And Corey you shouldn’t be in a position to be a leader if you don’t know what to do outside of calling an employee not all there. I will be calling tomorrow to speak with your boss

Mike k... Do you like to go home on time from work? Do you really expect those poor people who have been running around on their feet for 10 or 12 hours all day to stay another two hours later because you want a special Pizza 10 minutes before they're supposed to close? I think that's one of the rudest reviews I've ever read and you should be ashamed of yourself. We have always had excellent food and excellent service. Pizza ranch is one of our favorite places to eat.

Great chicken. Pizza was okay. I've never been a huge fan of their sauce; but love their dessert pizzas. Was super busy but buffet was kept full.

I feel for the employees because they are short staffed. However, I was not impressed with my visit. Gravy tasted strange. Only had one oven working so pizza took forever to come out. They ran out of dough so they had to close early and couldn't make any dessert pizza, my children were bummed. They had takeout bowls for the soup. Kept running out of forks. Two soda flavors were needing the sweetener. And, the salad dressings needed refills, like all were mostly empty.Heads up, if your kids like the games that most PR offer, don't come here because they got rid of them. We always liked the one in Apple Valley but now they closed and our kids love this place. Not sure that we'll return.

Very displeased with service. Stopped in on a Friday night a 8:30pm. Every sign said they were open until 10pm. Employee was insistent that buffet closed at 8pm and had to order from menu. Then as we were ordering kept asking if we were taking to go. We said Dine-in numerous times and when we asked to order drinks they pointed and said “you can have the To-Go cups”Then it was delivered in a to go box!!!

Feel the price is high for the food you get. The salad bar is my favorite. Wish they would make more varieties of pizza. Awesome chicken though!

Tasty and clean, not a lot of pizza variety out but it was an extremely slow time frame in the afternoon. Very friendly.

Very clean did things differently than others ive been too . Pizza wasnt much to talk about the kids didnt even eat the cheese pizza .
