Went to the Cedar Ave location in Lakeville and the staff at night don't seem to care about customers needs and/or cleanliness of the restaurant. It's summer and sweet tea should be available up until close or somewhat near that time. It was 6:30pm and no sweet tea. I was told they don't make any more after they run out. Tea is one of cheapest things to make and if you waste some, that is part of running a business. Would like to see both teas available in the dining room for customers to get themselves. Tired of waiting forever for someone to make and then make it incorrectly. I prefer sweet but not too sweet and they won't make it the way you want unless it is 1/2 cut.Dining room is never taken care of and cleaned. You have kids joking around up front but can't clean up messes in the dining room. You make suggestions to mgmt, but it never gets resolved or staff don't take care of things that need to be taken care of. I mentioned napkins/ lids/ straws out on different visits and stay to eat to see if it is taken care of and of course it isn't.Doesn't seem anyone cares about the customers anymore. The tray on the table was there for 1.5 hrs and still there when I left.
Says its open till 11, but we just tried going through the drive through and everything was shut off and closed up. If your hours say your open till 11 but you aren't actually making food then it's false advertising your hours. Plus if your supposed to be open till 11 then you should have more then one person working. Very disappointing.
Great service. Rarely review fast food places, but even my 9 year old noted how pleasant the staff was while going through drive-thru
Staff are incredibly RUDE! Especially drive-thru! Maybe try.. saying... please, and..Thank you..!? ?
Tim, one of the managers was amazing and nothing but helpful. I had an issue with the online coupon and it didn’t work but he had patience and gave us the benefit of the doubt and gave us the discount! I’ve only had good experiences with this place! Thanks Tim!
Terrible drive thru experience! The person who took my order got it wrong, thought the issue was corrected at the first window, then while waiting in line I reviewed my receipt and saw my order was still missing a meal.... the Gal at the window got the manager or lead who refused to correct the issue they'd gotten wrong twice now stating it would hold up the drive-thru and if I wanted the other meal I'd have to go back around or go inside s place a new order. I couldn't believe he wouldn't rectify the issue - Wow what disappointing Customer service!In stead of creating a scene as I wanted to do, I sucked it up, left and brought what I had home while it was still warm. I know it won't matter, but I'll take my business elsewhere in the future. For whatever it's worth everyone at home was happy their Mc Donald's.
Food was ok. My 1/4 pounder was only warm, the fries were very fresh and the service, past the menu board, was functional, but not friendly.
Always get fresh food, staff is always very nice but the "it's my pleasure" they started having to say needs to go. It just sounds ... Ridiculous for the setting. Super fancy restaurant, sure. Fast food place? Nope.
Employee taking our order and at the pay window was extremely rude. i have never left a bad review but i had too, swearing under his breath and slamming the drive through window after we paid.
i went in at 9:45 and one of the managers there decided not to take my order since they close at 10 and i had only cash so after i ordered using a friends card she made us dine outside of the establishment due to her laziness
