Used to be really good, I still get them sometimes, but they have been truly awful recentlyA single sandwich with a couple pre-packaged sides will take an hour to arrive, lettuce will have onions and soapy taste to them, they skip the napkins, it's a MIRACLE if you get mayo or mustard packets with yours...Management must be incompetent or something.
This place seems to have a lot of screw ups and doesn't take food safety seriously. Eating while making sandwiches for customers, not washing hands after handing money then handing people's food. Despite the fact their employees were blowing covid all over customers sandwiched because of the employee rights? OMG. We have gone back into the stone age of killing people because we can.
Food came out fast and staff was friendly.
I ordered a giant turkey, lettuce and mayo only and a giant turkey with double meat plain.Its 38.60.. its delivered to my house, I open the sandwich and there is lettuce and mayo only. No turkey. I call to explain and I'm upset after waiting 40 min and its wrong. The person was trying to make herself right. Telling me I ordered a giant turkey sandwich with lettuce and mayo but without the turkey. Seriously?. 38.60 ..ok 15 dollars for bread with lettuce and mayo on it?? Instead of saying sorry I misunderstood and I will make it right, she's telling me what I said. Unbelievable.

A guy was eating a piece of bread while working .. with gloves on. Set bread down on the line after where sandwiches are made, he’d eaten off of it. Goes to register with gloves only to find that I was picking up an order. Then picks up his bread to go right back to eating. Are you kidding me? Most ridiculous, not to mention disgusting thing I have ever seen. ????

Made an order at 6pm for 4 meals. 7 o'clock rolls around and no sandwiches, so we call to see if they're on their way. Was told the delivery driver was going to deliver them soon. 730pm called again to see whats up and was told they were never on their way and they weren't being delivered. So we were lied to about the delivery. Ended up just going to the store and picking them up at 740pm.
They have new staff, so it wasn't freaky fast, which was ok.But when my beach club arrived without the avocado sauce, I went to ask for some letting them know, so the new trainee can learn.Then this other worker stepped in to question me, like I was wrong about my missing avocado. That upset me a lot. Especially after hearing that this was the 3rd sandwich missing the avacado sauce.
