The Jamacian Wings have changed. Sadly they are not as flavorful nor are they as spicy.Seven wings in the order, adding extra sauce, no Bleu cheese as requested for $19.44Very disappointed
I have eaten at Green Mill for years. The service and product was always great. However this week for the first time I ordered from the Lakeville location. The service was horrible and the pizza was burnt. I wanted to talk to the manager. She was to call me. Three days later I called again to express my concerns. Jennifer informed me other things were going on and returning my call wasn't a priority. I will never eat there again. The bad service was off the chart I did not appreciate an employee standing at the counter arguing with me about a burnt pizza. No wonder the place was empty. Looked like other customers had experienced the burnt pizza and the horrible service
I mean it's Green Mill not fancy high end dining. But good for pizza and pasta. Spouse had walleye sandwich and liked it and was a real filet. The Asian salad I had was weird as there were hot items over cold lettuce and sauce was too sweet. Otherwise was okay.
Good food and good service. However, Green Mill has made a ‘corporate’ decision scale back portions while raising prices. We were weekly customers and were stunned last evening when my burger and fries plate came with literally 10 fries. Seriously? At first, we thought this was a joke or some fell off the plate on the way to the table. I asked the sever about the scale of my meal and she stated that they are now portioning their sides. The manager also stated that corporate told them they must now portion menu items. Less food for more money. That’s a new business model that I’m sure will work. I wonder how corporate will calculate the loss of our weekly business ($80-120ea.) into their new model. Sad to go, but we won’t be back. This is not how you treat loyal, local customers. There are too many other restaurants in the area to think you can get away with this model.
We ordered online, and my husband chose two pepperoni classic pizzas, and they charged us for two deep dish pizza's. We didn't notice it until they delivered the pizza's. We decided to stick with the order, but when we bit into the deep dish pizza, it was doughy. That's when we called Green Mill to tell them that not only was the order wrong, but it was uncooked. They would not refund our money or even try to send us what we actually ordered. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!!!
Placed an order for take-out over the phone.Upon arriving and walking-in, the entrance was extremely cramped and uncomfortable.There were several people standing around waiting for their own take-out orders and another group or 2 waiting for a table.The employees were not wearing masks.My order was ready on-time.The quality was OK, but not great.
We had Rachel as our server and she provided the best service ever. Our drinks were promptly refilled and the food was tasty and fresh. Great experience
Had a wonderful lunch with my husband and two daughters and my mother last Sunday after church. Excellent customer service delicious food and the cocktails were delicious. My new favorite restaurant :)
Deep dish pizza n wing special. Not much cheese or meat and crunchy dry crust. Wings rubbery but sauce was good. Threw leftovers away. Doubled the price for Doordash. Stars are for delivery.
Was expecting more, staff was extremely young. I understand that with the current employee situation. But currently there seemed to be a lack of knowledge and timing. We ordered an appetizer and it was brought out maybe 5 minutes before the primary order.
