If you wish for pizza delivery, PLEASE do not order from Dominos in Lakeville. It is a disaster. We have now had two missed deliveries in a row. Both times, the Dominos phone app says it was delivered, but the food was delivered to another residence. I am okay with feeding other folks...no issues there..but...We even have specific directions on the app on where to place the order. If you call the store, you will get several different answers from several different people because you are always put on hold.I think we have now missed 5-6 deliveries in the past year or so. We have finally learned to never order delivery from this location and give up on Dominos Lakeville completely. We get it...worker shortage, pandemic, supply chain, but simply incorrect deliveries several times to the same location. Lakeville has better pizza places to go to...
It's my second time ordering Domino's and I believe the last one was from this location I don't know what the issue is but I don't know why you guys can't put pineapple on my pizza I've asked for it I paid for it why not put it I even asked extra pineapple which means it's one of my favorite toppings so not to have it is pretty annoying I know you guys rush making your pizzas and you're busy and what not but at the end of the day I'm paying for my food!
Ordered for delivery at 10 pm but no update till 11 pm, when WE contacted the store they wanted to let us know they they DONT deliver. BUT why didn’t they contacted us if they couldn’t ? Really upset with them, better they close the store
Placed order and wait for delivery eta 45min... After waiting for 45min no pizza was delivered... ok no big deal... after 15 min longer received email my order was canceled... Just horrible business that has no idea how to operate! Will never allow Domino's in this household after this horrible service and corporate doesn't reply to complaints... 0 stars would be my review if possible!
Ordered brownies and lava cake to take dinner at friends home. Brownies and cake excellent. Both nice and gooey and warm.
It's no perfect every time but they do there best. They fix there mess ups on time every time. Fast friendly and hot food for any occasion
To start off I never had a bad experience with Dominos delivery before until today. I ordered at approximately 7:27 PM and when I realized my tracker was not updating I called in and was told my order would be delivered at 9:30. Yes, a long wait time, but I was hungry and willing to wait. Forward to 9:50 PM, my order was not being updated in the slightest and when I called in I was met with the most obnoxious automated message for nearly 30 minutes. No one ever did pick up the phone either so that was absolutely great. Later at around midnight, I am met with a notice saying my order has been cancelled. At least I was refunded. This Dominos quite literally wasted my time and money.
Ordered at 7:30pm, tracker wasn’t updating and just assumed they were busy. 9:15 I called to see what’s up because the tracker said it was still being prepped. Called the store, no answer, listened to the obnoxious loop of some lady listing their deals for 15 min, and hung up. No answer. 15 min later got an email saying my order was cancelled. I’ll never order from this Dominoes ever again.
The worst place I ever seen!!!!! First Oder - 1 hour waiting and then got canceled, second order another hour then got canceled!!! Store doesn’t answer to call’s, main costumer service as well, 1 hour I was listening for their advertising on hold!!! Domino’s Pizza I know you dgf about your costumers, but every day you lose a few customers.
It took two hours to prepare the pizza and I sat on hold for over 30 minutes with no result to try and cancel my order since it told me that I could not do it through the app.
