Long wait..food came cold. The chocolate finally came well after the food was delivered to our table. I typically don't go to culver's....kids like it... I do not.
Stopped to pick up lunch for five people at the office. So I cannot tell you about taste since I didn’t eat. I elected to go in since the drive up looked like a long wait. I waited 10+ minutes for my to go order, this is probably why the drive up looked so busy. What really did it for me was that they Shoved all the food for five people into a little paper bag that was so full the top wouldn’t even close and I also had to carry sodas, which I was given a carting tray for, thank goodness . Try that for a balancing act getting into my car and out of my car to carry in. Would of been nice to get one of those plastic bags with handles they where giving to the drive thru customers. Or maybe those are reserved for employees carting the food out to the cars?? Please know of you are going to do a quick lunch run, this is not the place for quick and bring your own bigger bag to make things easier to carry—unless you plan on wearing your lunch.
Greatest customer service from a fast food restaurant ever!!!! I will definitely go again and recommend to everyone. Great food too ;)
The service was fast and the workers were very nice. I have no complaints and everyone received the correct order.
Good servers. Burger was a little burnt and dry. Asked for pickles and onions. Got 3 pickles, and 1 sliver of onion.?
Culver's is always a solid choice for fast causal lunch or dinner. They are always consistently delicious. My faves are the butter burger, party melt and the chicken tenders.
This place keeps it real, the food tastes homemade! 99% of people say they're not hungry.... they usually don't admitt that they were until they're on they're fourth burger.
This was such a beautiful and nice location. The sun shined in through the windows and it was so clean and had a sweet atmosphere. The employees were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.
