We moved to Lakeville 3 years ago and have ordered from this location several times. The last few orders we have made online have not been prepared at the time we requested and have had to wait for up to 30 minutes, they routinely forget to give us bags of chips or sides of guacamole and it is probably the dirtiest location I’ve been in. We will drive elsewhere next time we decide to order from Chipotle.
One of the dirtiest eating establishments I’ve ever seen. There was food EVERYWHERE. The staff were also terrible, no acknowledgment of customers whatsoever. There looked to be at least 10 people working so it wasn’t a staffing issue. Clearly the management and people just don’t care. I swear if a food safety person visited it would be shut down, it was that disgustingly dirty. Won’t be coming back.
In the past few weeks, I've been unable to perform an online order due to this location being out of the most basic ingredients, like cheese. I understand supply chain impacts, but how can a stable item like cheese simply be unavailable? I would love to continue using this location, but until I can truly order my desired meal online, I'll have to go elsewhere.
The condition of this location is not consistent with what I’ve come to expect at Chipotle. Maybe it’s a difference between CO and MN. The dining room was absolutely filthy and while I understand being busy, there’s just no excuse for every open table, the chairs and floor desperately needing attention. This Chipotle is apparently very poorly managed judging by other recent reviews as well.
We usually order through the mobile app so I can pick up our food on the way home from work, but even though we just hit the button to repeat our order every time, the food we get is just a little different every time. Always delicious, but very slow (usually 10-15 minutes late than the scheduled pickup time) and not consistent.
I usually order from this place and did not had any issues before. But past few orders were all mess. I did not want to give a 1 star review but today my order was completely incorrect. Even the protein was wrong and I got the protein which I don't eat. Its not missing an item or two like usual, this time it was completely wrong order. Tried contacting chipotle but of no use.
Hard to give any Cipotle any less than 3 stars but fitting here because this one is less than an average Chipotle.1. Have constantly had issues ordering chips online at this location2. Sometimes they are digital only. So you show up there and there are literally people there making food but you still have to pull out your phone and order food on the app in order for those people to make it3. Tonight, picked up my bowl and it was super light on the chicken and the lettuce was not the standard shredded lettuce. It was large leafs just lying on the top of the bowl. Almost like they just ran across the street to Cub for it.
I will NEVER eat at Chipotle again!Showed up at this location, walked in, went up to the counter, they refused to serve us because they were doing only online orders. (There were ALOT of people standing around waiting a long time for their orders)I clarified, “Your going to tell me that I am asking to be a paying customer in your store, and your going to turn me away?”NEVER again.I will happily drive to Quboda in Eagan to have better service and food.

Very unhygienic location. Do not eat queso if you do not eat meat… I found beef in queso.Even the location was very unhygienic. I was surprised to see even after we are just coming out of pandemic there is no hygiene.
