This has been our Wendy’s for awhile. Love how they never have a huge wait in the drive thru line. The manager Jose has been extra helpful with helping me trying to come order in the store. Never sure with restaurants nowadays with Covid having the lobby’s shut down and such or other lunch rush delays but we’ll keep coming through.
I stopped specifically to try the strawberry frosty. When I ordered it they said I could wait 5min for more to be made. I agreed because that was the main reason I patronated the establishment. I felt like the staff really wanted me to just get chocolate. Which if was close to close I would have but it was 5pm. It just made me feel bad about the visit. However, the food was good and I did really like the strawberry frosty. So almost a 4 star.
Sprite wasn’t working, told me it would be a 7 minute wait for the grilled chicken but it turned into 20 minutes, and by the time I got my food the fries were cold, the whole point of a drive thru is that it’s supposed to be quick. Drive thru guy had really good customer service though.
I have gone here twice and the restaurant was absolutely freezing cold this winter. The person working here was very unfriendly. They raised their prices so I am going to their competitors for lunch.
I ordered chicken asiago sandwich with small fries. The fries came very hard and looked like they refried it multiple times and there was no salt at all and the sandwich was very cold and saggy
Ordered a chicken Asiago cheese and bacon without the bun. This comes with cheese, bacon, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes.I received a piece of grilled chicken only.Called restaurant and was told that they took my order right but the sandwich maker made it wrong and they were very busy. Didn't offer to take my name, email to send coupon for future use. Asked for Mgr, was informed they didn't have one.before you leave, best to inspect your full order in drive thru to be sure you got what you paid for!
Wrapped both sandwiches as "chicken", one was a baconator. Forgot one of the orders fries, tried to give us 3 drinks, we only ordered two, speaker on drive thru was too quiet and kept saying "wait a minute" as we were pulling forward which cause me to almost hit the brick that's so low in your "garden" you can't see it when you're in a car. No receipt. Food is ice cold. And you can't see the curb coming out of that weird turn out either. Too unorganized and hard to get thru for it to be all messed up in the end any way. Will not be back.
Came for frostys and computers down. Manager gave us a deal on them for have to wait! Very nice and competent staff especially since they were having to deal with internet issues out of their control.
They forgot my straw! But hey if that is all I have to complain about, then I'll just go ahead and say that the chance of my repeat visit is greatly in Wendy's favor?
