Very rude staff. Woman at the cashier with gray / white hair was disrespectful and condescending to every customer I saw her assist. I get that the world is short staffed and it's always busy and there's supply chain issues - but you should never talk to customers (OR OTHER WORKERS) with that kind of tone.
This has happened frequently at this location you go through the drive-through and you're stuck because you can't back up there's no place to go so you have to sit and wait today I waited for 43 minutes in the drive-through I get up to the window no apology nothing I told the person this should be a free drink for me sitting here for 43 minutes , he started yelling at me said everybody has to wait, I said perhaps your manager should put a sign in drive through stating it will be a 40-45 minute wait for your order.Poor management!
They did a decent job, they were polite, they created an experience that was fairly painless and expedite. Starbucks still has a slight burnt taste to it in my personal opinion, but this store gets my seal of mediocrity. Nothing bad, but nothing amazing either. It gets the job done.
What a service WOW so how is it that Starbucks don't have ice. First they take our order and then they tell us if we want any other drink instead because they don't have enough of ice. It's 80°F outside. Why take the order? Oh and we did wait for our drinks for 5 minutes then they decided to tell us. wow
Busy but great location. They are always kind and accommodating. The food and drinks are delicious.
Met a client here at 10am on a Friday. Pop music playing super loud, it was like being in a bar. Asked manager politely if they could turn it down a tiny bit, the manager ignore my request. It was embarrassing meeting someone here, couldn’t even hear each other. Avoid unless you want to rock out.
Of all the Starbucks I go to this one is on point EVERY SINGLE Time! Hot chai tea latte is the only thing I ever order and it’s always perfect here. Other places it tastes watered down. Great job here team!
I ordered an iced carmel macchiato and was handed a latte. There is a DIFFERENCE between a latte and a macchiato and that difference being that the shots are separated from the milk as they are poured on top. How do you knowingly hand out a drink incorrectly prepared at the window even if you weren’t the one who made it? I worked at Starbucks and did not make sure every customer’s drink was correctly made just to now be a customer and be handed a nasty vanilla latte with caramel drizzle essentially.
Usually I am pretty happy about coming here and have no complaints. It's forever busy but my orders are usually right. However, today, I ordered ahead and ended up with an ice-cold HOT latte. I picked it up 12 minutes after I ordered it. Not even time to get cold. The glass was not even a little bit warm. The milk obviously was not steamed. There was no froth. Pretty sure the milk was poured right into the cup. Not even sure there was espresso in the cup. It just taste like cold vanilla milk. It was so gross..I could have went back in to be a Karen, but they were so busy I just let it go. Kind of upset there is no way to let them know they fudged it other than confrontation. Also, my drink was purchased free on a coupon from Starbucks for using their Visa and being loyal. So who am I to complain? Now there is no coupon to reset and I am questioning my loyalty.
Staff was very friendly and the store was well maintained, however the drinks were extremely watered down and flavorless.
