usually i get great service at this starbucks but today….wow. We placed an order to come pick up and the lady there said there was no order and to “make sure we place the order at the right location”. after insisting we did place our order for the correct location she then made us go back home to grab the phone we ordered on to prove it. Went back home, grabbed the phone and came back and what do u know, our order was ready the whole time behind the counter. so she wasted a half hour of our time and now the food is cold and the frappechino drinks are melted.

Every time I go there are really nice people working here and they always make the best drinks! :)

Great location makes this Starbucks a 5-star for me. Great location, and lots of highly talented baristas. The location is great - just off the first exit of Hwy 100 and 494. Super easy off the freeway, then back on again.Standard Starbucks offerings, but I did appreciate the number of staff at this location, and speed of preparation for my mocha. This location obviously has a lot of "regulars", as the staff welcomed many of them with a big "hello" and even one with a hug! Obviously, I don't see that at every Starbucks I travel to!Wifi is fast here too. Good for my work. No reason to give this Starbucks anything other than a 5 star.

Very frustrated! I went through the drive through to use a gift card, and when I get home I see that my card was charged the full amount. The man working the drive through scanned my app for points but also took the gift card and swiped it. When I get home my credit card hooked to my app was charged instead of the gift card! I called to have it resolved and they would not help me over the phone. Clearly their employee doesn’t know how to use the app or the gift card. Annoying!! I’ll choose a different location next time.

The staff greet you in the morning with a positive attitude. The food and drinks are done quickly and to order.

This store has issues - shop elsewhere for your coffee until they get it together. The primary issue is attitude and unwillingness to be fair and reasonable with patrons. I purchased a $20 gift set recently and needed to return it when learned it wasn’t the ideal gift for whom purchased.On the day I purchased it, this store’s payment system wasn’t functioning normally — they weren’t able to take payments inside. If you go inside the store to purchase a gift mug, holiday packaged coffee, etc - you must then use the drive through window to pay for it. This was nearly a week ago and the store still has not resolved the problem.Of course, I wasn’t given a receipt for my purchase because of the problems they’re having with their financial system. When I tried to return the gift item today, I requested a refund. Guess what? No refunds without a receipt!!! A penalty inflicted upon loyal customers because of the store’s dysfunctional financial system & inability to process purchases normally.The most disturbing aspect of this incident is the attitude of store personnel who assisted me with this transaction. I informed her I intended to alert the public with a negative review. She replied: “good, I don’t care!!!” Don’t patronize this establishment until their financial issues are resolved and Starbucks places personnel at the helm of this location who care & appreciate your business.

Went their twice and messed up our orders both times! Slow service and unfriendly!

On this visit the POS system was not working so I had to order a coffee online to get it delivered in person. This was a 10 minute ordeal and I had to load $25 on a card to pay for a $3 coffee.

Drink was good, baristas are friendly!
