Ok usually, but Today I got the most disgusting hot chocolate I’ve had in my entire life. Who ever made this drink seriously needs to be retrained

I understand that the rewards may not be redeemed at this location, I get it, but, as a company, it is very bad to have someone yelling at you: "nope!!! We don't accept those here!!!" in a really rude manner. I just went to another location. And it was way more convenient.This place looked untidy and not inviting. The tables were dirty and the chairs were scattered everywhere.Maybe these people are overworked or whatever but starbucks employees always go out of their way to provide excellent customer service, not these ones!Really bad. Zero stars from me. Never again.
It's a Starbuck's, OK. Not gonna knockyour socks off but never truly horrible either.

Unacceptable! We arrived seven minutes before closing and the barista had already discarded all the coffee in preparation for closing. This is the second time I’ve been inside a Twin Cities Starbucks that is closing before the posted closing time. I expect more out of Starbucks.
