My first Red's. Easy to find. Located in a strip mall. Easy parking. Great as soon as we got in. Ordered up at the counter. Got our beer and found a seat. Had our pizza in about 15 minutes. It was fantastic. Can't wait to go back or try another location.
Update: The general manager reached out to me and apologized for what happened as well as added a credit to my account.Horrible customer service and quality control, I ordered a cheese pizza for pickup and when I got home I realized it was a pepperoni pizza(This is one of those places where they put the pepperoni's under the cheese.) When I called to complain all I was offered was a refund and no apology. They didn't offer to remake the pizza at all, I asked to speak to the manager and he was rude to me. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
I love this place. I frequent this area and was always curious about the pizza. I prefer my pizza crust to be thin and crispy. Though I do like some deep dish, when it’s not too thin and too thick it seems perfect and that’s how Savoy’s makes it. I’ve had pizza from this location a few times and so I feel confident saying I love their pizzas. Perfect amount of cheese - a lot - and toppings. They offer a frequent pizza lover rewards program. Sign up! Your first order is $5 off and then on your birthday you get a free 10” 1 topping pizza, besides other promotions. The staff is always great and steaming hot pizza. It’s worth waiting for. I normally will sit and have a couple pieces before I leave so I can enjoy a hot slice. They cut them in small cube pieces, but I’m sure you can ask them to do pizza triangles. I’ve never asked. I don’t care as long as it takes good and it doesn’t disappoint. Clean, open, and good seating at tables or up at the counter. Hope you’ll check them out. Happy eating. (I will correct my reviews if things change. This is my first review for them and I’ve purchased from them for almost two years now.)
The service was great, the food was mediocre. I did greatly enjoy the garlic bread, but the pizza was meh. The menu was also limited but I'm sure that's not their fault.
Burnt pizza - crust was black. Told next one would be free. Store claims they can't find the order even though we have the confirmation with the order #, date and time. Person on the phone was rude.
Red's House pizza was great. Some photos on Google maps are not of this current restaurant. For example there is no soda fountain as shown in pictures only bottled soda. See picture I posted December 2021 for what this location looks like.
Best pizza in the Twin Cities. Super staff.
Always great pizza. I made them all laugh though. I took off running after last customers cuz they forgot there coat on back of there chair. I was wearing 6.5 in high heels. When I got back into the store everyone was clapping and cheering me on. The adorable lady behind counter goes wow you can really run quite fast in those high heels, I looked down and laughed and Yes I can run very fast in high ? not sure if that's great but I try be careful...
Finally!!! A high quality pizza like I used to make when I worked at a small pizzeria years ago.Thin crust, was crispy, not like cardboard, it had a nice flavor. The sauce was a perfect blend of sweet tomatoes and a little bit of spicy. The toppings were outstanding, fresh, well prepped. Did I mention *fresh*? The pepperoni was delicious, not overly greasy. The cheese was fantastic! Also, not overly greasy.I can already tell this pizza is going to be fabulous for lunch tomorrow, cold. The gal working the counter was very polite and pleasant.Well done Savoy! Bravo!
We LOVE the “well done” option! Our pizza is always perfect and the staff are even better! Maria is so friendly and made me feel extra special for my birthday!
