This place has stepped up a notch. Updated menu, great selection, and clean restaurant.I tried to capture all of the food options in the pictures. They may charge more than their competitors, but they throw in a generous amount of queso and guacamole for no additional charge. And who else offers so many tortilla options, pickled onions, and crispy tortilla strips?

I'm a big Qdoba fan, but this place doesn't match the quality of every other location I've been to. For starters, no beans or fajita veggies were available several hours prior to close. The staff was rude & had headphones in, so I had to repeat myself several times when I wasn't heard. When I finally sat down to enjoy my burrito, the rice turned out to be undercooked. Looking for Qdoba? Head to any other location in the city but here.
Worst service & food choices! Came here on a Sunday afternoon, asked for a Bowl. NO lettuce, NO brown rice, NO cooks. The girl didn’t know how to make rice ??? They don’t even close for hours.. A guy working sitting in the dining room area doing nothing & all the tables dirty. Another guy working standing there on his phone smiling & grabbing food from the kitchen eating! What in the actual is this place?? Total joke. Gross! Why do you have employees who don’t even know how to make the food? Never again.
I don't like to give bad reviews, but these things can be fixed. Counter a sloppy mess, guac getting brown, no forks to eat with!! Employees barely engaged with customers. Not a happy place today, I guess.My first time ever here, so I won't be coming back.
Very understaffed, so much so that they didn’t even have a cook and were only taking online orders. When I came, only 1 of the 2 people working seemed like they knew what to do.
They've been closed for lunch at each of my last three visits to this location. I think it's time they throw in the towel, admit they can't stay in business, and stop wasting my time driving out here just to be disappointed.
I’ve gone to this location a few times in the last couple of months because the one closest to me has limited hours. I usually order ahead so I don’t observe the service often, my food has always been ready on time and is fresh and delicious!
They’re supposed to be open at 11. I see employees on the inside preparing food. It’s 1:30, and the mall gate and exterior entry door and closed/locked. This is not uncommon. I’m done making the special trip to come here.
Love QDoba but this staff is rude, entitled, and very unprofessional. They randomly close whenever they please. Employees are staring at their phones while every table is filthy. Also watched them not charge some customers. Free food if you’re young and beautiful, apparently. What a joke.
