I ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 BLTA, 1 wreck. I'm a regular here. The sandwiches felt very light. After eating half of it, I realized it had 2 small rings of tomato & was missing avocado & pickle,. I called the store, no apology & was told that I could go back. I opened up the 2nd sandwich, it was very thin layer in the middle and no pickle. I called again, no apologies again. I was gonna let it go, but all I heard is "come back 'we can make another 1' ". Shouldn't they apologize first? I drove back to the store. This time the sandwich maker is a ~45 yr old guy. He apologized first and made me 2 sandwiches. He handled it politely. I'd give him 5 stars. The shop get 3 stars b/c of him, otherwise I'd give it no star. It's not just about the sandwiches, it's about making your customer losing time. I've been to this shop many times. Never had any problem before. I'm not against young teenage workers, but I think they don't know what they're doing or not trained.

Where can you find a potbelly stove? In an old, one room school house OR apparently as a decoration item in this chain of sandwich shops.What's the connection to their namesake and the sandwiches they serve? I'm not entirely sure - maybe because they toast their subs?Odd choice of names aside, Potbelly can be counted on for a great tasting sub with fresh ingredients. The only downside to this particular location may be the frequently crowded parking lot. Finding an open space nearby isn't always a given.
Great flavor of sandwiches. You’ll pay more than Subway, but the quality and flavor far exceeds it. They do a great job of customizing sandwiches, and ordering over the app if pretty simple.If you feel like indulging, the shakes are nice and thick. Unfortunately the cookies have artificial ingredients and hydrogenated oil, but otherwise, the quality of their ingredients seem good.
On Wednesday at 6:35pm my husband & I came to this potbelly & we absolutely love it here but its these 2 ladies who were serving us. Worst experience we have had yet! Have always had wonderful experiences but THEM! Attitudes!!! Didn't even care! Served me all burnt Mac n cheese to! Nasty sandwiches. Definitely not coming back at this time again with these 2 women working!
First time orderig here. Ordered a pick up item from this PB location. Website said I could pick it up in 21 to 31 minutes. I was supposed to receive an email when the order was "confirmed." I waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes (never receiving an email), then went into the store and found my order ready on the pickup shelf. From my observation of their operation I suspect that the order was ready FAR earlier than stated. Clumsy.
Joel helped us out had phenomenal customer service. He is very sweet and I definitely will share this experience with my friends! Thanks for making our day Joel!

I ordered a warm sandwich, I got the warm sandwich. No mistakes, and it was fast. The inside was clean and well maintained.
What can I say potbelly sandwiches are the best for sammies. Go with the full rack everything on it tho I usually drop the onions my own self
