Today my order was incorrect for a third time, the previous two times including a wrong sandwich and no sandwich. This happens during lunch rush each time. I understand you’re short staffed and are doing your best. Tried calling to speak to someone privately today, but no one picked up the phone. Sorry to leave a bad review in order to communicate. Please ask your kitchen staff to be more mindful. I’d rather wait a little longer and get it right than have to wait twice as long for the correct order. Thanks and love.
Crumbs all over on floor! Flat bread pizza crust not crisp doughy! Strawberry spring salad good! Keeping the floor clean has been a problem at this location! Staff friendly!!
Nice place and food. The staff is nice but the place needs a supervisor to train the staff better and take a better care of the place. I am a regular at panera and certainly there are other locations better than this one
I went in for coffee and pastry. It looks like everything is made fresh there or at least the baked goods are fresh baked from the oven. I go there for fresh bread often. Where I know that it's good quality. The coffee were OK. I'm not sure about other foods on the menu. Maybe some one else can provide an opinion.
Paid $8 for a sandwich with virtually nothing inside. Young staff who care more about talking about tv and Disney world than preparing customers food or even the quality of it. Disappointed.
Bit bad but kinda burns you out. I hope they get more flavorful choices. Still good food health alternative to other fast food restaurants.
Food was great as always. Had a Mac and cheese sandwich it was great. The salad was fresh and dressing was really good. Hazelnut coffee was awesome.
I will keep coming back to this Panara. They had enough staff to help out. Denise is the gal that went above and beyond for me. She had her A game on. I won't ever go back to the Burnsville or Savage one ever. Horrible service at those two places.
Used to be a good restaurant, absolutely garbage now. Last to times I ordered the quality has been so bad. I just got a frozen Carmel cold brew or something along the lines of that. I’m not asking for culinary expertise, but this tastes like someone went in back and poured a bottle of rubbing alcohol in it! I wish I would have spent my money elsewhere :(Edit: I just got to my sandwich. Last time it was bad, and this time it was even worse. This is unfortunate because this used to be my favorite restaurant
I go to many Panera Bread locations for work, especially when traveling. This is one locations that I would call my "home" location, though.Great crowd in this spot. The Panera team members are always friendly and helpful, and they keep the restaurant clean. They rarely are out of food options, which shows how well the team manages the location.I like the layout of the location. A decent amount of electrical outlets, which is critical for making this a work location. It is not to loud, either, and I have had dozens of virtual meetings from this location.
