My daughter accidentally dropped her soda literally in front of the workers and when she asked for a refill and she was denied a refill and made her pay from her allowance instead of simply giving her a refill, even though they literally saw everything. These workers must learn how to be kind hearted and not faint hearted.
Very disappointed my daughter dropped her soda by accident and the lady said! No more refill some other friends told me about this lady have a bad form of be all the time please managers or owners check this!!!!
This was definitely the worst panda Express I've had. The workers were nice but the food had an awful taste. We ended up throwing most of it away. I did eat what I could stand the taste of though. Oh and it was a super long walk to get there from the parking lot.
Panda express--always a good option. Sometimes their credit card machine etc. breaks, but usually short lines, great staff, and fantastic food.
Panda Express inside southdale. I don't know what the usual panda express menu looks like but this location had good entre options and the portion was pretty good, chicken mixed with rice.

This is a very weird Panda Express. Every time I have gone, even when it's peak lunch/dinner time they only have half of the options made. There seems to always be a steady stream of customers as well...not a line throughout the lobby by any means but still.Another thing is the last time I came whoever was making the food burnt most of the food. I got orange chicken and it was like eating chewy burnt caramel. I also wanted to try the new almond chicken and it was obnoxious watching the lady sift through what was good looking fresh chicken to get all of the old burnt pieces out. It should have just been thrown out!I think I'll stick to the Richfield Panda Express.
Good food
My rice was very over cooked and tasted very dry. (Which was made by the female cashier) The same cashier was rude towards me because i mentioned them giving me one scoop of my entrée (orange chicken) but giving every single customer ahead of more than one scoop. When i ask for another scoop they charged me. I definitely won’t be going back.
