My daughter and I split an Asian Mandarin Orange Salad and added a cup of hot and sour soup, which were both delicious. Our waiter was friendly, attentive and professional. No wonder it was so busy here with the great food and service. We even got birthday treats and a sparkler for those in our group celebrating birthdays. They go the extra mile.
I ordered online for curbside pickup & my order was charged. When I got there I had an email that said there was a problem. Needless to say the order never went through but the charge did. Apparently their online system isn't working. Very frustrating since I was in a hurry. I had to reorder again with a server who was very accommodating. Without going through everything that I ordered which was over $100.00, I have to say my lettuce Wraps were a big disappointment. They combined the crunchy rice noodles with the chicken instead of on the side so they were soggy. As was the lettuce which was warm. It should have been put in a separate bag, not put in the same container with something warm. My sesame chicken was also soggy & the flavor was not the same as I had a month ago. I've always loved P F. Chang's but the last few years have been a big disappointment!!! My last in dining experience was bad too. My husband & I waited for over an hour for our meal which was cold, and when it did arrive they missed a couple of things we ordered. Fortunately our server comped the meal.
I was there yesterday celebrate getting my pilot license and I usually drive 1:30 hours to get dinner at the restaurant and I usually come 2 times in a month for the last 4 years. I know must of the stuff and there honestly amazing; however, yesterday we came and waited for 1 hour to get our dinner, I don’t know what happened yesterday because it’s first time that happened to us, we talked to the manger , if I don’t mistake I remember him when he was a waiter, and he was a great man and gave us 50% discountI’m not talk about money, I’m talking because I love this restaurant and I visit some of them around the world .. you guys shouldn’t accept any reservations if you guys have shortage stuffWhat happened yesterday wouldn’t affect my love for this restaurant and I will come back again and I hope the service will be great such as always except yesterday! Thanks!
We shared the BBQ pork spare ribs. They were pretty good, but could use more sauce. There was a peanut sauce slaw on the side that was amazing! I had the orange chicken and that was pretty good, but could have used more orange flavor. My husband had the Street noodles and his was really good. The drinks were strong and flavorful. The service was good and we would go back.
The kitchen was a little backed up when we arrived, about half an hour ahead of our reservation but we still were seated about 10 minutes before our reservation time. This was nice since we were visiting the area from out of state. We ordered two separate appetizers for our party of three and they were a little slow to arrive and while not "wow" good, they did seem to be fresh and hot.Our entrees arrived shortly after we finished the appetizers and they were good, on par I suppose with other P.F Changs we had eaten at before. We don't live anywhere near a decent Chinese restaurant so this is something we looked forward to.For value, I would say it was good, 3 drinks, two apps, 3 entrees and white and fried rice for less than 100 dollars. A note about the fried rice, it was pretty bland, and probably older rice. At the time we ordered it we had to get fried rice as they had run pit of plain white rice. Strange I thought.Server was attentive without hovering and generally cheerful.
Good food, fast service, a
I used to love this place, but the food was cold and not good at all.
My boyfriend had never been to P.F. Chang's before, so I figured that this would be a good place to have a nice meal before we went to a movie. We each had a Pomegranate Lemonade, which was really good. For our meal, we split the Vegetarian Springs Rolls and the Pepper Steak. The Spring Rolls were nice and crunchy with no greasy taste and loaded with vegetables. The Pepper Steak tasted great, as it had just the right amount of sauce and was presented beautifully on two plates. Joel was our Server and he provided excellent service. He kept apologizing for the delays, but we said that we understood and we were not in a hurry.
The food is good, but the service was terrible, and this was over Valentine's so I assumed they were fully staffed. I don't know whether it's that they're a nicer restaurant but refuse to give you an actual menu and require you to use your phone or if it's the fact that they expect you to check yourself out by manually entering your credit card, the service reminded me more of a Chili's where you're constantly flagging down a server then somewhere you buy $20 plus dollar plates of food. I mean I get better service from their fast food version of their restaurant, Pei Wei, at least there the register is run by an employee instead of the customer.
Take out experience was terrible. Didn’t get all the ingredients in my $30 meal.. person on a phone was rude. I’ve tried this meal before and it was awesome, so I decided to get it again but for to go this time.. it didn’t taste good , no onions , no glaze.. and the peppers were literally raw too.. I regret I ordered from this place and I wish I could have my money back.. don’t offer take out option if you can’t maintain the same quality as dine in.. I think it’s bad for a reputationI ordered on 2/6/2022
