I ordered a chocolate milk shake with no whip cream. They hand me one with whip cream and I remind them that I ordered one without whip cream. (Which I'm not mad about the confusion). But they tell me to go wait and someone will be out with my correct order. They come outside with a mostly white milkshake with chocolate swirled around on the bottom. Evidently, they sturred and mixed the whip cream into my shake instead of getting me a new one. Straight up lazy and sneaky. Be better than that.
They have these two white young females who refused to take anyones order despite being open. They left no sign saying they are closed and ignored anyone who came to the drive through. When I called they refuse to give me the general manager information or their names and said “obviously if no one is responding to you it means we are close”. They can answer the phone but refuse to take orders or let customers know they are close. The general manager should fire those two. Nasty attitudes and no respect.
Joseph is a great employee. The younger tall guy with glasses is very nice too. All the employees at this McDonald’s seem to be super solid and on the ball.
Went through the drive thru at this location and after ordering my nuggs and fries the guy asked if that was it for my order and gave me my total. I asked if I could also get BBQ sauce but the guy proceeded to loudly tell me it was too late to order anything else and wouldn’t give me BBQ sauce. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds. You also can’t speak to someone directly via the phone number provided on google. It just keeps cycling over the same automated message. Nice move considering their service seems to be less than great according to other reviews! Guess I’m going to Wendy’s from now on!
Had the worst drive thru experience with this location today ,they had my order wrong explained to them that’s not what I ordered , one of the employee started talking disrespectfully towards me demanding that I should take it regardless of how I told them it was wrong , asked for manager manager didn’t even come up or talked to me , they need to train both their managers and employees . Never coming back to this location after experienced I had today .
We absolutely love the Drive thru guy who takes our payment at lunch every week! He is so pleasant and friendly. Edina, Mn
McDonalds has a way of taking the sterile, cold corporate environment and...doing nothing with it. But at least the food is predictably ok. Some might say good. Not sure who those people are...but good service and the fries were hot. That's a low bar, I know, but they handled it with aplumb and confidence as only the Corp giants can.....
Usually I have a decent experience in this drive-thru, but today neither of the people at the windows addressed me other than to make sure I wasn't dropping my food. Both were yelling in conversation with other employees like I wasn't even there. Additionally, my medium drink was filled about a full inch below the fill line that shows on the new plastic cups. It's the closest McDonald's to me, so I'm hoping the next time isn't so bad.
I really love the staff here but you really never know what you're going to get when you show up. Today the doors are locked with no signage about what's going on. We stay real flexible and respect the hard work of short staffed employees but also expect some information. Someone just forget to unlock the door? Is this the new normal or just this morning? We'll never know!
This location is usually not worth stopping at, long wait times, undercooked meat and fries, unpleasant staff etc. This was a problem before the pandemic too. While it says it's open for dine in, no signage or explanation for why the lobby is locked.
