Never understood why they remove all the bread from inside the sandwich

The JJ's in Edina does a fantastic job. Our office is located just down the street so on any given day someone from our office (and probably many from our building) is always ordering delivery. The drivers are some of the kindest, friendliest people out there. We appreciate them and their amazing service!! :)
I got an up charge of four dollars for pickles on the side and when I called about it I got a very rude call saying if I ever want pickles I am going to need to get a four dollar up charge

IVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL JIMMY JOHNS FOR OVER AN HOUR AT THIS LOCATION… NO ONE WILL PICK UP THE PHONE NOR RETURN A PHONE CALL. IF IT SAYS YOURE OPEN TILL 9pm THEN ABIDE BY THOSE RULES. IF YOURE BEING LAZY AND DONT WANT TO DO YOUR JOB THEN GET A NEW ONE. I WORK AT THE HOSPITAL AND MY ONLY TIME TO HAVE A DECENT BREAK WITH ALL THE CHAOS HERE.
I order from here frequently. The delivery is fast, service is excellent and food is as described. I would suggest a salad on the menu lol they have all the ingredients. Why not?
Dude blew my mind. I ordered fairly quickly, knew what I wanted and rattled it off for the cashier, he told me my total and BEFORE I COULD EVEN SWIPE MY CARD the guys had my sandwich DONE AND ON THE TABLE. The guys made the sandwich almost faster than I could say it and might I add, it was delicious as always. That’s incredible service.
Why do they always get snarky when I don't get it Mike's way. This happens to me at all locations. Good sandwiches and probably the best cookies.
