Wow I gotta say I just had the best customer service I've ever had at a restaurant. Everyone in the building welcomed me as soon as I walked in I felt like I owned a place. not only did the guy make me a picture perfect Portabella mushroom sandwich But they had an extra sandwich somebody didn't pick up so they hooked me up with it. i The food was hot and fresh and the wait was less then 5min Well done staff ?. That entire team needs to get a bonus I'll see you next week when I'm back in town
Online ordering is simple and is ready when it says. Staff is friendly too.
I came in this past Saturday and was treated to an amazing experience. Everyone working was extremely polite and fun to talk with. It wasn’t very busy so I was helped by two young men, Ben and Billy, they were really polite and fun to talk with did a great job of talking about the donations. Ben sliced my 13 to perfection and Billy topped it perfectly all while keeping great conversation. I will definitely be back to this location next time I’m in town.
I had an amazing experience this at Jersey Mikes today. The sandwiches were made really fast, and the manager, whose name I think was nick was really nice. The person on the grill made amazing sandwiches and was really fast and was also really nice. Overall that was the best experience I have had at a Jersey Mikes in years
Three times they have messed up my order and not included Mayo on my sub. Will not be going back to this location as they can't seem to follow an order correctly.

Really friendly staff and an awesome place to grab lunch - just be sure to check any carry out orders for the ingredients on the sandwich before you head out. Last 2 orders were standard from the menu - they have been missing ingredients (lettuce) that are just on the menu as standard, just to save time on both customer and store sides of the equation. Frustrating to drive and pick and order up only to have it wrong without many options to correct it after you leave.
Service was excellent, BLT consistent as it was prior in WI and a month ago at same shop. This is reason I return for same sandwich is consistency and great service.
Always delicious ? the only thing today was that the lettuce was turning brown. Great service though ?
