If the Manager Joe is there my food is delicious this man makes my food right every time I have to call just to make sure he’s there. Your a good manager thank you very much
I ordered online and picked up at the store today! The lady helped me was the sweetest person ever! She made my day with how wonderful her customer service was!
We ordered delivery at this location and the food did not disappoint. It was all very good quality and exceeded our expectations. The food arrived very quickly after ordering and the driver was very personable and nice. I highly recommend this location, there should be higher reviews at this location. It is one of the best Dominos I have been to.
Unreal situation last night. I called to place an order and seem to be sent to some sort of call center. I place my order and am told it will be 25-30 minutes. 50 minutes later I call back and end up being yelled at by the "manager" who says it is on the way and then just cancels my order. People in hotels and out of state, don't waste your time.
3rd time pizzas not ready at this location. Got a text and pizza tracker said the pizza was ready. I asked at the store and they told me not to trust the pizza tracker and it never works. That’s great, just like the buttons at a stop light you push to get the walk arrow.
Whoever is in the kitchen today making sandwiches today knows what’s up. I always hate when my daughter wants pizza so I usually order a Philly sandwich but it’s always mostly half dry bread that I end up tossing. This actually had a lot of meat and green pepper. They came really fast and the driver was friendly. Probably start ordering more again after this.
Im sure it is probably due to a staffing shortage but like every time I go to order from there now the online ordering is "temporarily down." It doesnt say that the store is actually closed though, it tells you to call them instead. I wish they would update their hours to reflect when they are actually open. The food I have gotten from here is always on point though and whoever Daniel is makes the best parmesean bread bites, HANDS DOWN, in the metro area and surrounding cities. Cottage Grove is lucky to have such a great bread bite assembler in their midst. seriously.
I can't speak to pickup but they take hours to deliver - and I live less than 10 minutes away. Quality check was over an hour ago. Order from somewhere else so you aren't stuck with soggy pizza
I placed an online order for delivery and waited 3.5 hours for it. I had called mid way through to check on it and was told it was in the oven and would be to me within 30 minutes. I then got called an hour later to tell me my order got lost and was never made. I understand staff shortages right now but they really need to work on what their staff is communicating with customers.
I’ve been waiting for the tracker to change from prep to cooking for 40 minutes. I called and the person who answered the phone doesn’t seem to know what’s going on. I left a 20% tip with online order. I guess that was the wrong thing to do. If they make good on this order I’ll come back on and change the review. If not it will stand.
