Excited to grab a new salad flavor and ordered online to skip the line. Grabbed my bowl and I’m glad I checked it before leaving, because over half of the ingredients were missing and no fork or napkins with the order like I specified. I have had below average experiences at this location specifically in the past - mainly cleanliness, late orders or something else minimal like a missing ingredient, but never had half of my $16 salad missing… went to the counter to get it corrected and the team member didn’t know himself what went into the bowl and I had to read to him off the menu what went in piece by piece. Was told that they were out of an ingredient as well that I guess if you online order, you just miss and never get offered a replacement?? In the moment, the employee “made it right” by fixing the meal and apologizing, but C&G we gotta set up customer-facing staff members better then this.EDITED: Their corporate office did reach out and ask for further details, promised a follow up with the store, and offered a compensation for the poor experience. Thank you.

I've had two experiences with Crisp and Green. The 1st one I dined at the restaurant and the food was good, except the chicken was very dry. I would give that experience 4 stars. The second time I had Crisp and Green my boss ordered it for a meeting and it was terrible. The order was supposed to be delivered at 12 but didn't come until close to 1:30. She got a text at 11:25 saying the order was going to be delivered and when it was dropped off at the front desk it was the wrong order. She then got another text at 11:40 saying the food was going to be delivered shortly. It wasn't and she called the restaurant at 12 and they said the food was sitting on a shelve waiting to be delivered. She called again around 12:30 and was told they were still waiting for the delivery driver. Once we got the food it was okay. It was mostly lettuce with a small amount of dressing on the side. i would give this experience negative stars if I could.

I’ve had a great experience at other crisp & green locations… not this one unfortunately. The rice and cauliflower was basically mush, gross! The rice crispy treat was SALTY and had a bunch of dry spots.UPDATE: Management did reach out to me to resolve the issue and researched exactly what happened to the order. Thank you!

Food selection was good and the Black lady that helped us initially was wonderful then it went a lil downhill from there! We had to come and ask where our Date shake was and it had been forgotten. No apology -no Integrity! A shame as our last few times we have had wonderful experiences at other locations!

I have eaten before at the Mpls location and never felt like the food was lacking. I decided to try the Edina location. I came home and seasoned my salad with a little salt and pepper. Also, I added a squeeze some lemon on it. I thought the Caesar came with a lemon. I really dislike the location due to the parking arrangements. Will try again. Maybe a one time thing. ??‍♀️

I did not leave a 5-star review per the owner's note below.If you order curbside please reconsider and pick up in the store if possible. The few curb spots are shared with other stores and fill up quickly with people who stay much longer than the 10-minute limit. You'll need to either park in the public ramps or use one of the public 10-minute limit spots across the street.The food is fresh but the prices are very high. I ordered 2 items for a total over $20 and the order was not correct. It was a curbside order and I ended up going into the store to pick it up because there were no curbside spots available.

Delicious. Crisp and Green is always so good. I've never had a salad that I didn't like. I love the portion sizes and their delicious dressings and everyone in our family can find something we love!

Updated 1/31: corporate reached out promptly to get more information about my experience, apologize, and make things right. Very kind, understanding, and professional! I really appreciated the service I received!1/30: Waited 10 mins passed our pick up time for our order to be done. In that time, 4 people came in to pick up online orders and no one was ordering anything at the counter, some of the employees were standing around just talking. When checking on the status of our order, the employee I was talking to (who had just finished making it) was asked by another if she wanted a smoothie - they had a conversation about what flavor before I given my food. Almost all tables were dirty. Bowl was not as full as it could have been & didn’t have the spinach I ordered. Food was still good. Garbage cans too full to use on the way out.

wonderful food! varied options and they all looked delicious! was so hard to decide which one to get but I have a feeling I would’ve been happy regardless. the #squashgoals salad was phenomenal!

Great food and good customer service, when corporate hears there is an issue they make it right. It’s a good idea to double check the ingredients in the meals to make sure they are right. But they are trying to do better.
