First time visiting this restaurant. We went for lunch and really enjoyed the experience. The restaurant is inside the mall but they also have another entrance from outside. We were seated right away. But there are times when they are very busy. Our waiter Noah was very kind and helpful. His recommendation was spot on. The food and service was very good. The only negative I have about this place is some of the customers are pretentious and they ruin the ambience.

Wow. Atmosphere was spirited, the patio was lovely, Taylor our Waitress was very kind, the food was just excellent. Well done.

The restaurant was fabulous! They had one of my favorite bourbons, Weller, and so many seafood choices I felt like I was back home in New England. Sarah, the bartender, was so attentive, and the place is really beautiful this time of year. It would be my local hangout if I lived nearby. Thanks for a great dinner! Hope to be back soon.

Food and service was excellent. Beautiful dining experience!

Great first time experience at Cov for me today. Katie did. Wonderful job of guiding us through our options, and her sincere hospitality was greatly appreciated. The Brunch Bloody Mary was fantastic - among the best I’ve ever had, and the Miller High Life Pony chaser was delightful. Guacamole was awesome. Lobster roll was great. Scallop risotto fantastic.Highly recommended.

Four stars because the restaurant is very noisy - but otherwise this is a very good place. The staff is friendly but probably not the most professional. They don’t know much about the food and wines on the menu, and answer questions like robots. The bar staff is different - they know their drinks and act very professionally. We enjoyed the food very much but also thought it was upper average compared to real fine dining.Nonetheless, we would recommend this restaurant, and especially if you’re staying at the Westin right next door - this is a very good alternative to the hotel restaurant.Oh, and the restrooms are quite cool!

There is parking spaces for free; food was delicious. Sundays are less busy so seating wasn't hard to get. There are options for vegetarians.you can RSVP ahead of time. Servers are very good and the food came out quicker than expected. There is alcohol available to order. Mac n cheese I order was the best one I had so far from any place I had in MN. Outside seating is available. Food is worth the money.

always amazing cocktails and food. service A+

Lovely outdoor dining with a lovely menu. I dined, two nights in a row and will be again in two weeks, to meet up with a friend, while on business.

First time to experience a COV Sunday brunch and their full brunch experience - from the complementary cinnamon roll with caramel sauce, amazing Espresso Martinis along with a delightful roast for the coffee to the delicious brunch food items. My wife and our friend Scott had the croque madam, my friend Mike and I had the breakfast toastada, and oue friend Dee had the lobster & guac toast. Nothing but raving comments regarding the food, the service from Cassie was fantastic, and the facilities are impecable. Definitely will return!! ?
