I don't think this Caribou location knows how much I appreciate them. They were my lifeline for so many shifts during the Holiday season. Never screwed up a drink order.
Gave me my coffee with the lid off. Spilled everywhere in my car. Not going to this location anymore. Drinks taste like water. Gross.
I love this place. We come here once a week and have the same young man help us most times and he is very kind. We always order the hot cocoa with dark and milk chocolate, it is delicious. Thank you for such fantastic service and delicious cocoa.
Didn’t get my order correctly and also acted like they took my number for my perks and they never did so I didn’t receive my perks for my purchase! Never going there again….

Observed all 3 employees on duty either touch their hair, their face or eat while working. Not once did their hands get washed. Glove thrown on and coffee and drinks made. Wanted coffee but not after observing this. In the middle of a pandemic and your gonna eat without washing your hands. Disgusting. 3:18pm 11/14/2021
Where do I even begin. I walked up and rudely asked if they had a Starbucks in this mall but they didn’t and I am so glad they didn’t. I was having an awful day and they totally turned it around by recreating the drink I usually get from that other place. Wow. So impressed with the compassion and friendliness these hard workers had for me today. These two are amazing human beings and employees. Best experience getting coffee. Ever.
Good stuff here, but I came into a interview and told to come in on Monday to start my training only to get sent home because I wasn’t picked...seems really unorganized and unprofessional
