My partner last year had an experience of being rushed out the store and rude employee.
Inside the Lunds and Byerlys-the GPS may take you off course and have you chin wagging as you try and locate it but don’t give up and go to the Starbucks inside the same parking lot. Perseverance will pay off and you will be greeted by name when you pick up your order. How nice!

Most of time I stop by this Caribou cofee shop before go to work. Till now everything was fine until this morning that Racist African American lady manager happen to be working today. She was already looking upset when taking my order and somehow we got misunderstood with order and she gave me bad look. I asked her is there any problem then she got really mad and made a harsh comment" dont visit our store". Why dont she quit her position if dont know how to deal with customer.
