I love coming here. I like to decompress on my work breaks at this Caribou, and it's a great spot to just relax for a bit. Every staff member has been kind and personable. Everything I've ordered has been prepared quickly and have never had any issues. If you come in and no-one is at the register right away, just remember to be patient. These folks are working hard to still keep open with having highly cut down business hours.
They just opened their lobby back up which is awesome. They are a bit slow, but they do make great hand-crafted beverages.
Well they get two stars because the service and coffee will s great . I have been going there for years or since the made it a Einstein bagels with Caribou. Now they have stoped putting cream cheese on your hot toasted bagel. This is so annoying, if you go to any real Delhi New York New Jersey or a actual bagel place which they claim to be they put cream cheese on your stuff so I can drive away you have something to eat and don’t have to pull over and put it on your own bagel. Well time to protest and not buy from them anymore. I guess I will just buy coffee and bagels and put my own cream Cheese on. What’s the point.

Get your Breakfast and coffee at #BurgerKing next door.Ugh. My flight was cancelled last night. Got stuck here in Minneapolis stayed at the Doubletree (nice) . noon flight today and went out in search of food, on foot, as I can't fit a car in my purse!Saw Einstein's Bagels and was excited to get my now EX favorite coffee. I walk in and there were 5 people working in the back. I was met at the counter and was told iI could not place an order inside. Only pick up. I explained it was traveling and didn't have a car and dont have the app, didnt want to down load the app. because I'm traveling and it sucks up battery power and my roaming was maxed out!so they sent me to stand in line with the cars at the drive through!I said I'm already in here in the lobby. Can't you just take my order instead of making me stand in the very busy drive through line litterally putting me in harms way... No budging. Out I went.I plucked myself in line sandwiched between cars cursing under my breath And decided this is %#@! CRAZY!Walked to Burger King . lobby open, and had a Very good cup of coffee and a super yummy Ham and cheese Croissant.All or Nothing thinking Caribou/ Einsteins. I will remember. Bad bad taste in my mouth that #Burgerking helped wash away! Thank you #BurgerKing ! You saved this very weary traveler!
Horrible! The coffee was watered down and the bagels were a disappointment to say the least. Since their merger you can't add or delete from menu as everything comes prepackaged. You can't even go from plain bagel to everything bagel for the cream cheese and lox and that's the only sandwich that's prepared at the location. Would never return.
Friendly staff and wonderful service. Coffee was served with a smile and my order was perfectly prepared. No mistakes. Very happy with this store.
I went to the coffee shop twice this particular day prior to never being there before. Drive-thru was very very slow and clearly had a trainee taking orders. I recited my order at least five times only to get to the window and it was wrong. Went back with my kids and pretty much the same thing. Slow drive through and messed up orders. More than likely won't be visiting this particular location again.
Really nice staff and service was good. However, you cannot get customized breakfast sandwiches with the bagels. The sandwiches in which they sell were all microwaved and tasted like such. Will not be going back here for breakfast.
The managers there (Jo and Christa) treated me terribly and without regard and like I was an enemy. They fired me today without any notice. 7/7/21. I am writing to let you know that this was my experience with them.All the best,Ryan
