Love this place but my sandwich was not in my order and instead of getting me my sandwich I was offered a refund that I have to wait a couple days for?
They are crushing that lunch hour rush. FullyStaffed as far as customers can tell, friendly employees working as fast as humanly possible and despite the line I was out in less than 5 minutes. This is the superior quick service tomato soup and grilled cheese in my opinion.
I did a online order and got the nuts with berries with Lobster Bisque. It was delish! The sauces was amazing... don't get anything else.
Large variety of soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts. Every meal comes with a chocolate covered strawberry, and role. We especially love the drink bar.
When I first went to Zupas it was just a salad place. It was very good, but just another restaurant. I Travel for a living. Most of you that Travel will understand what I am saying. The second time I went there was better than the first time. It is not that the first time was bad it’s just this time it’s better, And after about the sixth time going there it is now an addiction. The Southwest chipotle bowl is my favorite. The roasted red pepper lobster bisque is probably my favorite of lobster bisque‘s. I lived in Florida for eight years I know what good lobster bisque is. Nick ,Janet and the rest of the crew are absolutely amazing. Customer relations are top notch. Thank you for excellence at what you do.
Cafe Zupas (Southdale Square location) is my favorite restaurant, hands down. I no longer crave fast food, only my delicious and healthy salad/soup from Zupas. I call it my happy place and visit likely three times per week. Nick, Janet and the crew make it feel like home away from home. They go the extra mile so I always leave with a smile. Thanks team. Not ce and friendly staff. Soup was very bland we had both the clam chowder at the wild rice soup, plus 2 desserts which I thought were fantastic. Restaurant was busy and clean. The salads looked fantastic but I did not get one at this time.
Food is fantastic, but we were there on a Friday night at 9:15pm, they don't close until 10pm, they had already pulled all the soup off the line, not because it was empty, but because they wanted to clean up quicker to leave. You do not deny customers the ability to buy your product if you want them to return.
What a dream team they have here. The employees were all efficient in preparing my order, they have a system going that works well here. You can tell the employees all work well together that's why they get 5 stars for customer satisfaction. And the food is delicious!
I love their brisket grilled cheese but will not be returning after today. This is the THIRD time I have found something in my food when I’ve ordered pickup at Zupas. The first time a fly smashed in my sandwich, second time a long black hair and this time a METAL STAPLE in my soup? I understand mistakes happen but 3 times in the last two years? Done.
