Went for breakfast. Staff seemed to have zero care for us. Handed the meal through the drive through window and she was immediately chatting up her coworker. I had to check everything was passed off because frankly I had no clue the interaction was over. Would have been 5 stars if I was asked if I want cream or sugar for my coffee. Since I forgot that they don't come with the coffee, I have to deal with black coffee ??♂️
The food was fresh and hot the service sucked though I went back to let them know I ordered my whooper with cheese and didn't get it only to be waved off more than once they were closing at 10:33pm and on Google it said that location was to close at 11pm and had to blow my horn until someone decided to see what I wanted which just a piece of cheese he yelled at another employee got a box with three pieces of cheese mad he had to open up a pack of cheese to make my order right smh could had received all stars but he showed me he really doesn't like his job and needs a regular hug daily someone check on the burger King man asap
Asked for a whopper off the broiler and lady said “ oh itl be a while” I’m in no rush so I said ok. After waiting a normal amount t of time I get my food, I pull over to eat In their lot. The whole burger is hot but lettuce and bun soggy too. They just threw an old burger into the microwave and gave me that. I couldn’t even finish it. 0/5 if I could.
I was doing a door dash order and the guy started sneezing ? and wasn't wearing gloves and started making the sandwiches ? please don't order from here they will make burgers with snotty hands ?
They gave me cold food, we took a bite before I left the lot and I went and told the guy and he said that all the food is made fresh it's not possible. None of the food was even warm like it should be hot the cheese wasn't even near melted or anything i don't know how it could've been made fresh. The guy said all they would do is put it in the microwave, thats disgusting because we already put 2 of the sandwiches in our mouths and he said again that's all they would do about it. This restraunt is health concern. Makes me wonder what else they aren't doing safelyEDIT: I contacted the company and was told the manager of this location would get back to me and they never did. I don't want my money back I just want to know they are reevaluating their food handling policies.
Terrible!Ordered online. Arrived 15 minutes before closing. Order was accepted and paid for. Employees looked at us through the drive thru like … too bad. Left messages for Management no response.
It's burger king. Probably the worst burger fast food chain, but if you get the coupons in the mail it's a good deal, like a $5 whopper meal with small drink and fries.
The food is always hot and fresh. The staff isn't always super friendly, but they try. The drive thru generally moves quickly. They have made errors on our food a few times, which is why only 4 stars.
I thought it was fine but the girl I ate with thought it was disgusting. The floor did need mopping and the soda dispenser had splattered soda on it and needed cleaning. Also the TV was off, lights dim, signs off, and we were the only people inside. It did have an abandoned feel. From her "All the tables were dirty and the open sign was never turned on - it looked like the cleaning wasn't done the night before majority of the tables dirty and scuff marks and leaves filled the floor"
Ordered a whopper with cheese meal with $5 promo and it was completely cold, with a lot of mayo. I drove from work in a storm storm because I had craving for the char taste of a burger.Best,
