Horrible service, waited almost 2 hours to get our food plus on top of that the server sends the wrong food, she took around 10 min to serve the drinks, while we wait for the drinks she is on the phone talking like come one I came here with my family to have a good time but instead we had a horrible experience, she never bothered to do refills or check on our table knowing I had 2 kids with me that were hungry. Never coming back to this location. Never had any experiences like this one in any places horrible horrible service.
Worst experience!!!! Came in at 6pm ordered drinks and meals right away. Drinks were delivered. When it came time for the food to be delivered 3 out of 4 meals arrive. No big deal, I can wait. After the others were half way through their meals, I flagged down the server who said the food will come when it’s done and they focus on delivering hot food. She then proceeded to the next table not acknowledging that there may be a problem. After she was done with that tables order did she actually go and check on the food. It was still a wait and when the food arrived only the wings came and not the side. I asked for the manager then as my first bite was a luke warm wing! As the manager was speaking he didn’t seam to think it was a problem as traditional wings take longer, I ordered boneless! Then as everyone was finished and my complete order had not arrived I requested the check. They did comp the meal in question which needed to be taken home and reheated. I will never go back to this location and its standards for food delivery has me questioning the whole chain.
We walked in on a Tuesday around 8:30pm. Many tables open. They were on a wait so we went up to the bar. Sat down in a dirty spot because nothing was clean. Sat in our spot, figured the bartender was busy. Saw her for 4 minutes. She got the server drinks and then she left the bar. Saw her going to the front door. We waited 15 minutes for anything. A acknowledgment and we got nothing. Then saw the bartender run out the front door after another. We got up and left. She looked like she was yelling at another coworker. We are happy we left. Don’t think we would have gotten service in a while. This was not our first, second or third or more times we’ve been here and had terrible service or a bad experience. Finally we have had enough and are not returning. Thank you.
I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings. I live a block away and have tried this restaurant multiple times. Every time I come here the wings are cold when they are served and it doesn’t matter if it’s busy or it’s not busy. It’s bizarre. I’ve tried ordering pickup and it always takes over a half hour so you have to wait when you go to pick up and it’s for sure cold when u get home. The beer also tastes skunky every time I come here (summit beer). It is the closest bar to me it is truly awful. I love beer, wings, and sports more than most but this place serves cold food and skunk beer. Horrible!!!!
I come here every weekend. Service normally is good. The food is cooked fast. Great service. I suggest if you go to not go during the afternoon until like 6pm bc the cooks and servers aren’t that nice & the food had hair with the afternoon cooks till around 6pm. Good location though!
My friend and I came in today 5/19/22 around 8-8:15pm and was told it would be a 20 minute wait to dine in, which is absolutely fine. While we were waiting lots of people came in. After like 40 minutes of waiting the host came back and sat everyone else down before us even though we were there first, so we left. I’ve never been in a situation like this I’m so shocked and disturbed.
Service in this location has been on a steady decline for months now. Tonight I went in and there were only a few people at the bar. The bartender gave me a menu and then disappeared for a while, later she came back and took my drink order. She didn’t make it and when other people came in she started to take their orders. When I hit 15 minutes after entering and still not even getting a drink I just left. It was evident is she could not handle the crowd that was there initially she definitely would not have been able to handle the larger crowd.Definitely won’t be back. I can understand why the place has been pretty empty lately.
Stopped on in at 9:45, host said they were open for food until 11. Wasn't very busy, but said food was a 25 min wait at the bar and 45 min wait in a booth. Which was fine, we were open to takeout and a drink at an open table, but the host wasn't about it. I guess they don't like money, $30+ a head is welcome most places, just not here I suppose.
I wanted to personally thank everyone who worked evening shift on 4/6/22. My client had a problem at your restaurant and you guys helped out so much. The people next to us treated us and the staff terrible. The restaurant had multiple staff who were amazing.Thank you for all you guys do and keep it up!!!
Our waitress was extremely nice and the food she recommend was great. The only drawback was the cleanliness, there were straw wrappers and pieces of food in the booth area that I sat in.
