Our go-to place for beef & broccoli and salt & pepper shrimp. So good!
Food was okay, sushi definitely better than the thai/chinese menu which was extremely blah across several dishes ordered. Service was weird; not unfriendly or rude, just completely inexperienced: one waiter/host/phone answerer for entire dining room during dinner time; server left hot food on the counter for 5 minutes in plain sight of our table while waiting for other dishes to come up; did not bring enough silverware until after food was served and even then we had to ask for it, that kind of thing. We had a large group of 6 adults and 2 kids, but still. Biggest gripe is they would not honor their own coupon--said they discontinued it although it was on their website that same day and sent out in mailers only two weeks later. That said, they did give us a free appetizer as well as some extra made sushi. Needs to get their service act together.
Here’s the thing...it really is great food but the past two times we’ve ordered delivery, the order was wrong. The receipt they gave was right which means they just got the order wrong. The first time I let it slide but tonight I called and the young woman on the phone was not friendly...like at all. I wasn’t even mad, just telling the story and she obviously didn’t care much. (They did deliver the corrected order)...also, the heat level is inconsistent. I don’t mind that much as I can take it but not everyone in my family can. So...good food...not great with delivery accuracy....and too expensive....but also love to support a local family so there’s that.
