Lobby is closed. Trash cans are full and the drive thru is slow. I'd avoid this one.
Went to this Wendy’s a little before 9Pm with no line. We waited at the box to order for 10 minutes and no one came to help. By this time a line was forming and all the lights were on, plus the hours said they were open until midnight, so we didn’t think they’d be closed. We drove around to the window and the woman working had her drive thru headset on and looked like she was just standing there. She then walked over by the window and completely IGNORED me as I honked and asked if they were closed? A bunch of other employees came over and then one locked the drive thru window. The women got smart with me and yelled at me that they were closed. I said why wouldn’t you say that instead of ignoring me and other paying customers? By now the line was 15 cars and she was not alerting anyone they were closing 4 hours early. I went back around to let other people know since she clearly didn’t want to do her job today. There’s always some rudeness or disrespect at this location, especially from this employee but today was just too much, so I had enough. I’m never going back here.
Went at 7:45pm on 8/31/22 and the young girl at the register was rude and a smart mouth. She said they were short staffed and she couldn’t even say “thank you” for the order. She said she was too busy to say “thank you “. Also there was another employee who sat down to eat while there were many cars waiting. I live four blocks from the Wendy’s but will never go back. Horrible attitude and service.
My grandson loves Wendy's kids meal cheeseburgers. I prefer Wendy's burgers over the other two fast food hamburger chains (McD and BKing). Burgers are so fresh!
Super disappointed. Almost every time we go to this location our order is wrong, our food is cold, and the lady working there is rude. It’s like someone is paying her to be unhappy. We come back every couple of months hoping it’s gotten better. Cold fries. Cold chicken sandwich. And they always forget the spicy chicken nuggets.
I was working for a client and the closest place to eat was Wendy's and Not only was the food delicious and fresh the staff was amazing, the restaurant was clean and this location still has the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine? I haven't had a Hi-C Vanilla Orange in a long time. Thank you for a great experience! You may remember us ladies as Brown, Dmac and LaLa Loc??
Daughter was doing door dash was instructed to go they drive thru. Sat at the drive they intercom for 5 minutes said hello and no response. We pulled up to the window immediately got attitude told the lady we were picking up a DoorDash order and she immediately got rude and said next time put order in at the intercom first Very nasty attitude. Will never ever go there again. Or do a DoorDash order pick up there. No excuse for being rude.
Decent food, but dear God in heaven, could this place be any more sterile?
Good food and service! There were only 2 workers and they handled it like a beast! They were nice with us too for seeming very understaffed.
This place is almost like a McDonalds but it's not. It's a place called Wendy's. I asked to speak to Wendy but she was not there. Instead, I spoke with a Heather who gave me some very hot french fries which were just a little too salty for me. Everyone else i was with said the fries were decadent. I think I will return to this place and order a hamburger. I hope it's great !
