Walked in at breakfast time- 9:30. Stood up front to order and the employees just looked at us without saying a word and never came up to take an order. Oh, got it. We're supposed to use the self-order station behind us because nobody is coming to take our order. There were at least 5 employees working. They called our name and we went to get the order which was 5 items, 3 food, 2 coffees. Only the food was on the tray. Had to ask for the coffees. And, we had to tell them what the coffee orders were. There were no other orders inside when we arrived and there were no cars in the drive thru. While we sat there, another party came in and waited up front. Nobody came to take their order until they hollered for someone to come up.Food was good. Service is very lacking.
Everytime we come here we end up waiting about 20 mins, even after ordering ahead on the app they tell you you have to pick up in drive thru which is pointless. They also usually get the order wrong even after verifying at the speaker and I’m the window. If you want mediocre food and to waste your time, I definitely recommend this location.
Lobby was closed this evening due to a staffing shortage. I could only see two people, but I think there was at least 4. We still received great customer service and delicious food.
I won’t lie, I’ve spent many a night in a Taco Bell parking lot over the years - this is probably the worst Taco Bell that I’ve been to.Orders are wrong more often than not, and they’ve even messed up vegetarian orders by putting meat in them. Customized orders are a toss up and sometimes are only partly what you asked for.Ingredients here just don’t seem fresh and the rice is usually undercooked and hard. Two stars because the employees are friendly.Do yourself a favor and go to the Taco Bell in Hopkins, that place slaps.
Be careful ordering delivery from here. I just received my order from here and received a bag full of cinnabons and a box with a burrito I don't like. I didn't order any of those things. My ticket with the correct order was on the bag which leads me to believe this was done on purpose so they didn't have to make my order. I also couldn't place a new order because I was told the restaurant closed early.
The employee at the counter, I forgot to ask her name ( pretty, tall, Black lady) was extremely helpful in helping me decide what to order and gave excellent recommendations. The food was good and the Baja blast Mountain dew was refreshing
I show up on foot to enjoy Taco Bell my favorite by the way .an the lobby was closed..on Friday it was a 11:30am THAT REALLY SUCKS SO I AM GOING TO TRY AGAIN TO DAY and I hear the Mexican pizza is back
The food was hot and freshEmployees were outstanding AND super friendlyWill definitely be eating here again! 10/10
The food tastes terrible, the menu is incomplete in comparison to other Taco Bells. The items are not made correctly. My mom worked at the 1st Taco Bell in 1962 on Firestone Blvd in Downey, CA and I would never take her here. It would make her very sad. The staff are nice though. They do not have shredded chicken, black beans, green sauce, guacamole or a vegetarian menu. The beef is not seasoned right and it's just the worst Taco Bell with respect to taste on the entire planet. Also it's crazy busy at lunchtime. The prices are wrong and stupid expensive for bland and gross food. I pray they go out of business to make room for something decent.
All tacos were soggy and tasted weird. Cheese sauce was watery. HAIR in my food but the pop was good
