Out of many items. Staff is too rushed to give good customer service. Destroyed my bread (toppings leaking out after toasting) and just wrapped it up like that's ok....OK....Tha bathrooms in the lobby are NOT for customers.
Waited over 5 min for the employee to come from out of the back. I even called out and asked if anyone was here. I also called the store. Then minutes later a kid comes out with his hoodie up. Mumbling. Slow. And doesn’t tell me they are out of lettuce and spinach until the end of the order.Worst subway experience.

Horrible. Chicken was frozen to the point of not being able to eat it bread was crusty not even overcooked just hard and left out. Used the same gloves. Watched him throw food into random containers and then put it back in the right one even though it was already “contaminated” paid $12 for my normal $8 one? I get subway multiple times a week and it was the worse one I’ve been to.
Closes 15 minutes before listed time. Employee said their boss knew. Won't be back to this location. I'd give 0 stars if possible.
Horrible. They are out of many things that they don’t tell you upfront. The quality is subpar even for the diminishing quality of subway. The worst customer service that I’ve ever received. He actually stopped making our sandwiches to take a personal phone call. Every table is dirty. It was quite apparent that none of the tables have been cleaned in days. Aren’t businesses required to wipe everything down between customers? They should rename this subway to, “A Safe Haven for Covid-19 & Other Infectious Diseases”The employee isn’t busy at all, just incredibly lazy.
I asked for the Steak n cheese melt, he automatically stated that i cant have any other vegetables on the melt.... I didnt question it at first, because I didnt want any other vegetables on my melt besides the green peppers and onions. He then mentioned that only mayo came on the melt. I want Chipotle sauce, not mayo. He then put some on without arguing about it.He charged me extra for provolone cheese and pepper jack and to top it all....the melt was not totally melted, as i have had it before. Even the provolone cheese was still cold on the sandwich.....Definitely the last time I go to this area subway.

There is only one person in charge of everything, I was waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich because there were many people and only one person preparing, it is not fair that all the work is done by one person, they should hire more staff,
