This is the best location in EP! The Drive Thru is prompt and amazing with service. Becky makes my day when she is in. She is always so happy and remembers my name every time. Amy is the super nice as well. You have a great team here. Complete meaning of outstanding Customer service and Minnesota nice :)

Management needs to staff according to need. They only have 2 people on bar for a post-church Sunday morning/afternoon with one back bar. Expect to wait 10 extra minutes for any in-person or mobile order. The 2 stars are for the bar staff that do such a great job under pressure (pressure that really wouldn't be there if management staffed accordingly).
They were awesome with my kids and so sweet! I wish I knew the name of the girl that worked the window she was awesome
The coffee is probably good idk what I can say it couldn't be in a worse location. Every soccer mom in des Moines is blocking the parking lot to get some over priced coffee. as u cause a traffic jam waiting to order you get to enjoy the wonderful scenery and have random people ask you for money as you sit in the car then they get violent when u say no. I don't think they understand u had to get out a small personal loan 2 buy the coffee in the first place.
Always get pretty great service and very nice staff. Jay was especially social and kind ❤️ it's always nice to feel welcome and to make small conversation when you can. They are always busy but always nice. Thanks again Jay!
The staff at Starbucks is always friendly. The drinks are good. I wish Starbucks had better food choices instead of prepackaged frozen stuff but the coffee is always delicious! My daughter loves the cake pops and my puppy is always happy when we go through the drive through for a pup cup!
The staff here are very friendly, and you get the feeling that they're enjoying the conversation with you. Haven't had any problems with orders either. Very pleasant experience.
I just went got my order and ask if my drink was a venti, and the manager who gave me the drink said, “I can’t read your mind” which I reply, you never asked the size. Very angry manager, I am sure she’s having a bad day and I am the lucky customer today.
