The location of this store is terrible. It's in a tiny parking lot with s drive through that goes around the building, but the drive thru line is so long that it goes out into the adjacent street and also blocks the entrance to the Starbucks parking lot. If you order ahead and want to go in, good luck finding parking. I can't even go get coffee here anymore. No parking or wait over 10 minutes. The staff is fantastic. The placement of the store is terrible.

Starbucks always what I expect, whether in Hopkins, St. Louis Park, Chicago or wherever. And thank you for more non-coffee drinks!

Starbucks is as Starbucks does. Drinks are always good and the baristas are friendly. I would recommend ordering ahead for pickup though, we drive through times can be excessive right now. Overall, always a great pick me up on the way to work or during lunch.

I went here bright and early to get a coffee while waiting for the Tesla display room to open up 2 miles away. The service was fast and friendly! If I am in the area, I will go back again for their wonderful morning staff and great service.

I usually don’t write reviews about huge chains like this, but they left me no choice. I’ve tried coming here multiple times over the past couple years and it’s more than just bad luck. Every single time, quite literally, there’s been a problem with my order. Even times I’ve gone with friends, their orders have been consistently incorrect. Im wondering if there is just no training involved at this specific location for some reason? Or no manager present? Half of the time I’ve been there over the years, they’ve had to re make my order 2 or more times. I am always very polite and clear in what I order, which is not complicated AT ALL. They just don’t seem to understand, don’t pay attention or don’t really care? Not sure. I could go on about the ridiculous mistakes made there but I won’t waste the time. It’s the worst location I have been too, and I’ve given it 2 years of chances. Seems to be all young kids who seem spaced out and not engaged or present which is unfortunate. It’s on my way out to the barn I keep my horses at and I can no longer stop there, I have to go way out of my way. Maybe some sort of upper management (because there doesn’t seem to be any at this location) will see this review and maybe help? I’ve come across many others who have had this issue but continue to go to that location because it’s the closest to them.

The drive thru wait time is insane. Don’t go there if you’re tight on time.

Visit on January 25th. I ordered a pistachio latte with almond mild around 9:30 in the morning, I get my drink and notice the first sip is bland, no flavor then my next sip contains whip cream. I take the lid off and confirm whip cream is on top. I then try calling the store multiple times, no answer. So I drive back and ask if the pistachio latte includes whip, I'm told "no". So, I order another pistachio latte with almond milk. At the drive through window I explain to the woman that my previous drink was bland and had whip. Then an older man with white hair comes up to the window to argue with me saying "the first one didn't have whip, I watched her make it" I stated yes it did have a dollop of whip like someone stopped or scraped most of it off and the drink was bland, no flavor. For $6.80 I want my drink made right and I certainly don't want to be argued with! The Starbucks return policy is they will remake your drink to your liking, so tell me why your staff is arguing with customers!? I understand staffing is difficult during this time, but seriously train your staff to adhere to policy and not become belligerent with paying customers. As long as this group of staff continues to work there, I will no longer be a customer. Prior to the the service and accuracy was mediocre, but this was the last straw.

I know we live in some challengingly times ppl n I don't want to sound like a Danny downer. Nevertheless I saw a sign on there window saying no cafe orders I had to use the restroom n I a DO. have a big mouth I asked the lady why for the policy she politely sounding like a robot said the district is short staffed n that is why but when I was in there there were 9 employees n she told me there needed to be 7 in order to take orders @ the desk.?? Not only did she lie to me she said I'm sorry that I'm frustrated about it like it's my fault. And I know she is with compassion she is doing what she is told. I enjoy Starbucks coffee for yrs but it's not the customers fault for what is going on in the world n how its affecting there "bottom line". I pray that they can find a happy normal on how to deal with it I know it's not easy even ppl who run the show don't like to be lied to. Praying for not only for this company but for everyone who is struggling. ✌️N ❤️?

Drinks were okay but out of pastries/ hot sandwiches.
