Really great iced chocolate caramel coffee, and such a fun person at the window, too! Don't let the current nearby construction worry you...they are open!
Found a nail in my drink. Can’t call and complain as there phone number doesn’t take calls.
Coffee is always good however I feel, my opinion, that it's slow to make a drink. I don't customize or get the newest concept drinks. More simple, but the urgency for indoor door patrons is lacking.
Absolute worst service of any Starbucks. Beyond frustrating, beyond infuriating that they mess up so often on orders, and beyond comprehensible how the phone lines are either always down or the staff’s utter refusal to answer. Don’t risk it, go down the road to the other Starbucks. You’ll regret this choice 9 times out of 10.
Solid drive through and never too long, even when the line is, friendly employees. But inside always seems dirty and the music is always way too loud. Not a relaxing interior, which is what you want at a coffee shop
If I get coffee before work, I usually go here and have had zero issues in the past. However, my white chocolate mocha was legit half empty when I received it. I thought it get light when they handed it to me in the Drive-thru but figured that it was just my imagination. However, when I got to work, I took the lid off and found out that I only got 50% of what I paid for. Very disappointed.
I like the baristas at this location and have always gotten the correct drink - but like other reviewers have said, the drive thru is frustratingly slow. I can’t count how many times I’ve gotten in line, not moved for 10 minutes, then cut my losses and left. I’m sure the baristas are doing their best, but the slowness does seem to be specific to this location.
They recently closed their cafe but still have "in store pickup" as an option on then app so you can't get your drink when you order it. Also their phone number doesn't work when you try to call them. Very odd. Don't waste your time there's like three other ones in the area that are much better anyways.
Order ahead was slower than the drive through during lunch time
Good service and quick. Staffs were nice and the caramel latte is good.
