Walked into restaurant. Waited at counter to order, and finally walked back and got the attention of someone working in the kitchen. He took our order and then another employee locked back to the restroom and was banging on the doors telling the person to get back up to the front. The person and the restroom screamed back and said"I'm going to the bathroom" for everyone to hear.I ordered the food to go and tried to find a place to sit down but had difficulty because everywhere looked like the photo that I attached to this review.
I placed an online order a day in advance for delivery. 50 minutes before we're supposed to receive the order I receive an email saying the order was cancelled and could not be delivered. I tried multiple times to call the store and there was no answer. I tried, per their voicemail instruction, to order online and the order would not go through! Someone from the store should have contacted us saying that the order was cancelled for delivery. This is why we put our phone number in the online ordering system. They could have offered to still make the order, but have us pick it up. Poor service.
We drive from 34 mins to this Smashburger because it's the only one, in my and my SO opinion, that you get a good burger. The ROSEVILLE location puts TOO MUCH SALT (and I LOVE salt) on their OVERCOOKED burgers.THIS SMASHBURGER IS WORTH THE DRIVE...Even with the gas prices.
I tried their cod sandwich tonight. It was good but I’m a purist and the tomato and cheese were a little more then I like. Not that it was bad but the additions hid the taste of the cod.
Didn't get my order right so had to wait for 2nd hamburger. Onion straws were limp hardly crispy. Bacon was basically raw. Hamburger was also raw and not even cooked which is unusual because usually they are burnt. Never going back it gets worse everytime we try this location.
get some people that can cook, train the counter order taker. Awful service and raw bacon and raw hamburger, which is a change because usually burnt.
1 star, just bcz we at least got something in the bag. Not sure what happened to this place. Happy meal hamburgers were made better than what was received tonight. Probably last time going here.
Absolutely love his burger place reminds me of In-N-Out but possibly beats it by just a hair just a hair I do love this place and the assistance I love love them they are like the sweetest people you can possibly ever meet I always tip .
Worst experience ever. Messed up multiple items in the order. The cashier on 02-12-2022 at approximately 1900 hours was miserable. Was disgusted by us and was extremely rude to us. After we got the food, she just said pfft under her breath and walked away. They were out of multiple items. Terrible location. The worst take out experience of my entire life.
