Normally love this place but waited 32 min just for 3 tacos, 1 taco bowl, and chips and queso. When we got the chips and queso it was cold. And they forgot to make the bowl, and when we got it the rice was hard. One of the employees (out of three) was sitting there on her phone while there people waiting in line.Listening to other customers, they kept screwing up their orders.
Food was horrible and the service was a nightmare. Ordered takeout and when I when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready even though it was 5min past the pickup time. Person at the cash register stuggled to place the order for the people in front of us for 10min. The other 2 employes were making food. One was making what sounded like a personal call, and the other made some tacos for themselves and left. Finally the employee on the phone hung up and went to help the cashier. They finished taking the order of the people in front of us. That took another 5 mins. We finally got our food 15 minutes after we ordered it, and it was gross. None of our tacos were labled and they were all soggy and cold! Meat was gross. I would avoid this place unless you don't value your time, money, or what you eat.
Very good food. I will say the tacos felt a pricey for the size, but I do think they made up for it in quality. Best thing here hands down is the chips and queso. I highly recommend that if you visit here.
Can't get enough of their AMAZING churros! They have a great patio scene offering seating in the summer. I'm a huge tex-mex gal and this is more of an authentic taco offering.. but still tasty! Highly reccommend the BBQ pork taco. ?
First time ever going to a Rusty Taco while traveling. The guy working today was Thomas. He was extremely friendly and provided outstanding customer service. Tacos were made quickly and were amazing. Wish we had these back home!
We tried to come in tonight for dinner. Online says open until 10 and the sign on the door said 9. We got there are 8:43. All the chairs were up so we thought we would just get takeout. The guy working was so rude to us. Clearly they did not want to take our order and tried to avoid us. We asked if they were still open and he said we are closing. I could understand if we walked in at 8:59, but it was obvious everything was cleaned up and we were bothering them walking in trying to get some takeout. Disappointed in the service we received or I guess didn’t receive. You’d think all business was important.
Sounds amazing on paper. The menu options look great. Not sure if it's always like this, but we were quite disappointed. We dined in and the food was cold when it got to the table. The staff was aloof and looked like they really didn't want to be there. Plus, not horribly overpriced but a little over the mark for something that's supposed to be street food. Wouldn't go again, I get a better experience at McDonalds in all marks.
Food was okay, nothing out of this world. Chicken was like bits of cat food, too much greens, barley warm tortilla. Cashier was snobby, and was slamming chairs passive aggressively while we were trying to enjoy our meal. Most likely won’t be back to this location.
food was great I would go back again
Everything about this place was excellent given it's price category. Counter service was top notch - food was served quickly, facilities and the dining was clean and pleasant and prices were in-line with what they were selling. The room was not busy but if so, all the hard surfaces would have made it pretty noisy as it is with many other places like this. Parking can be difficult and location hard to get to.On my first visit for lunch I ordered the BBQ Brisket Nachos - a large pile of decent tortilla chips with a small handful of bland meat and a few other toppings smothered in low quality cheese and BBQ sauces. The cheap sauces destroyed any flavor that may have existed in the rest of the meal and I struggled to finish it. I have had far better nachos elsewhere and made at home. Maybe we should have tried the Tacos, but wasn't getting any YUM with this dish after a bite or two. I will probably choose more authenitic restaurants and pay a buck or two more next time.
